There is a stronger basis for Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission(MACC) to arrest and investigate Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya when he “intervened” in his own Ministry, as compared to Penang State EXCO member Phee Boon Poh who was arrested despite making a request to a department not under Phee’s EXCO portfolio. For this reason, MACC must immediately arrest and investigate Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya for improperly “supporting” a fake dentist, Nur Farahanis Ezatty Adli, who was fined RM70,000 for practicing dentistry without a license, by appealing on her behalf.
In the interests of upholding the law to ensure there is fairplay and political neutrality without double-standards, MACC should arrest Hilmi to determine whether Hilmi had abused his powers in trying to “help” a bogus dentist who was practicing illegally. Why is Hilmi so afraid of my calls to MACC for an investigation that he has to make personal attacks against me? Has he got something to hide?
Dr Hilmi explained his situation differed from that of Phee, adding that Phee’s letters were a directive while his was merely seeking an explanation. Hilmi’s explanation is nonsensical because the Health Ministry would have to act when there is “intervention” from their own Deputy Health Minister, unlike Phee whose letter to the Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai(MPSP), where MPSPs not under Phee’s jurisdiction.
Hilmi had also lied in this case by initially denied that he or anyone from his ministry gave their support to an individual who was found guilty of practising dentistry without a licence. He finally admitted that he had forwarded the bogus dentist’s(Nur) appeal letter to the Health Ministry’s Oral Health Division director “for consideration”, citing his duty as Balik Pulau MP.
Hilmi admitted that a friend of his did come to see him about helping the woman. He reportedly said, “I was only doing my duty as an MP by acting upon an appeal letter submitted to me”. Phee was also doing his duty as a wakil rakyat, and yet he was arrested. Why then should Hilmi be exempt from arrest by MACC?
Hilmi said in his capacity as a member of parliament, he made a call to the ministry director general and asked whether the woman could be reprimanded with only a fine or a compound. Hilmi claimed, “I was only doing my duty as a Member of Parliament to help those who are seeking my assistance”.
What is even more suspicious is that in an Instagram post, Nur Farahanis had claimed that her “business” was approved and granted by the Health Ministry and expressed gratitude to both Dr Hilmi and his private secretary, Aziaan Ariffin. MACC must arrest Hilmi to investigate possible abuse of power of helping and “supporting” an illegal dentist to prove that MACC acts impartially and professionally against all politicians, whether from BN or Pakatan.

马来西亚反贪委会具有更强的基础逮捕并调查卫生部副部长拿督斯里希尓米“干预”其部门之事务，这与槟州行政议员彭文宝因对一个并非由其掌管的部门提出要求之个案，而导致彭氏被逮捕，是完全不一样的。因此，马来西亚反贪委会须即刻逮捕并对卫生部副部长拿督斯里希尓米展开调查，因为他不恰当地“支持”一名假牙医努尔法拉哈妮，在她因为在无执照行医而被罚款7万令吉后，还替她求情。
为了维护法律，证明没有双重标准，确保有公正和政治中立的调查，
反贪会必须逮捕希尓米调查他“支持”非法执业的假牙医的滥权行为。为何希尔米对我呼吁反贪会展开调查如此惧怕进而对我展开人身攻击？难道他有一些隐瞒着不可告人之事？
希尔米也解释道，其个案与彭文宝不同，他更补充说，彭氏写的那封信其实是一项指示，而他的，只是征求解释。希尔米的解释根本就是无厘头的，因为卫生部须对一切来自他们副部长的“干预”采取行动； 不同与彭文宝写的威省市政局的信，因为威省市政局并非在彭氏的管辖之下。
希尓米也在此个案中说谎。他较早时否认他或他的部门“支持”无执照行医的牙医。但是，他最终承认，他是以浮罗山背国会议员的身份，把假牙医（努尓）的上诉信转寄给卫生部口腔健康部门总监“以供考虑”。
希尓米承认，一名朋友找过他以帮忙那位女性。他在报道中说：“我只是行使身为国会议员的职责，针对我收到的求情信采取行动。”而彭文宝也是执行他身为议员的职务，但彭氏却被逮捕了。为何希尔米可以免除被反贪会逮捕的命运？
他说，身为国会议员，他打了一通电话给卫生部总监，并问他上述女牙医提否可以罚款做为训诫。希尓米也说，“我只是行使国会议员的职责去帮助那些向我求助的人。”
更可疑的是在Instagram的贴文中，努尓法拉哈妮斯宣称她的“生意”是卫生部批准及允许的，她还对希尓米及他的助理阿兹安表示感激。
反贪会必须逮捕希尓米调查一切可能“支持”非法执业的假牙医的滥权行为，以证明反贪会公正无私及专业地对付所有的政治人物，无论他们是国阵或民联。
