Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak Disrespectful To Existing 4,000 Families, Desperate In Making New Empty Election Promises And Dishonest In Repeating Unfulfilled Recycled Promises That The Federal Government Will Build 9,999 Units Of Low And Medium-Cost Apartments In Air Putih, Air Itam And Paya Terubong.
Caretaker Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is Disrespectful to existing 4,000 families, Desperate in making new empty election promises and Dishonest in repeating unfulfilled recycled promises that the federal government will build 9,999 units of low and medium-cost apartments in the 3 state constituencies of Air Putih, Air Itam and Paya Terubong.
The Penang state government is shocked at Najib’s announcement that through the 1Malaysia Development Berhad, he had signed land purchase agreements for Air Putih, Ayer Itam and Paya Terubong to each get 2,222 low-medium cost homes and 1,111 affordable homes. By not informing first the 4,000 families in the affected areas who have to be evicted, Najib is being disrespectful to them and is willing to sacrifice the homes shared by 4,000 families just to gain political mileage. Why is BN and Najib behaving in such a harsh manner by not consulting with the 4,000 families but just want to bulldoze their homes with an announcement made without their knowledge?
Clearly Najib is desperate to make new empty promises of 9,999 affordable homes, a promise without value as they are made just before the general elections. Indeed Najib’s promise of 9,999 affordable housing in Air Putih, Air Itam and Paya Terubong is not even included in the BN National Manifesto launched by Najib. This new promise has been exposed as a lie because if this is to be built by the BN Federal government, then why is this promise not included in the BN National Manifesto?
Najib is also dishonest when he promised that those those living in the 962 one-bedroom houses in Kampung Melayu will be given three-bedroom homes in the Air Itam affordable homes scheme. This is another unfulfilled promise by BN that has been recycled at every general election, the last occasion done by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Nor Mohamad Yakcop in 2008, that has never been delivered.
As for the Padang Tembak flats, Najib’s promise of using the existing FRU land joined with the current flats to jointly deliver 4,800 new low and medium cost homes raises issues whether existing residents will be chased out, especially tenants. Further the issue of traffic congestion has not been dealt with. In an already heavily congested area with high density how is the Federal government going to build new highways to overcome traffic jams with the increased density from nearly 15,000 new homes.
BN has always criticized the state government for ignoring traffic congestion from housing projects, including the 22,172 units of affordable housing proposed by the PR state government. However BN has chosen to remain silent without stating what are the highways they propose to build when there is going to be a massive traffic jam of gargantuan proportions in the Air Putih, Paya Terubong and Air Itam from these new 15,000 houses.
PR challenges Najib to deliver on BN’s promises especially the monorail project promised in 2006. Despite the failure of BN to fulfill the promise made in 2006,Najib has the cheek yesterday to repeat or recycle this unfulfilled promise of building the monorail again. Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi failed to deliver the promise when he was Prime Minister and Datuk Seri Najib failed again to deliver after he took over from Pak Lah. Clearly the monorail or tram will only be built in Penang when Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim becomes the new Prime Minister for Malaysia on 5 May 2013.

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak Menghina 4,000 Keluarga Sedia Ada, Dalam Keterdesakan Membuat Janji Kosong Pilihanraya Dan Secara Tidak Jujur Mengulang Janji Kitar Semula Kononnya Kerajaan Persekutuan Akan Membina 9,999 Unit Rumah Kos Rendah Dan Sederhana Di Air Putih, Air Itam Dan Paya Terubong.
Perdana Menteri Sementara Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak telah menghina 4,000 keluarga sedia ada, dalam keterdesakan membuat janji kosong pilihanraya dan secara tidak jujur mengulang janji kitar semula kononnya Kerajaan Persekutuan akan membina 9,999 unit rumah kos rendah dan sederhana di Air Putih, Ayer Itam dan Paya Terubong.
Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang amat terkejut dengan pengumuman Najib kononnya melalui 1Malaysia Development Berhad, beliau telah menandatangani perjanjian beli tanah di Air Putih, Ayer Itam dan Paya Terubong bagi membina 2,222 rumah kos rendah dan sederhana serta 1,111 rumah mampu milik. Tanpa memaklumkan 4,000 keluarga yang terlibat dan bakal dihalau dari tempat tersebut, Najib telah mengina mereka kerana sanggup mengorbankan perumahan yang dikongsi 4,000 keluarga hanya kerana tujuan politik. Mengapakah BN dan Najib berperangai buruk sebegitu dengan tidak berunding dahulu dengan 4,000 keluarga tetapi hanya terus mahu meranapkan rumah mereka dengan satu pengumuman sahaja tanpa memaklumkan mereka?
Jelas sekali Najib sangat terdesak untuk membuat janji-janji kosong untuk membina 9,999 rumah mampu milik, satu janji yang tidak bernilai kerana ia dibuat betul-betul sebelum pilihanraya. Sesungguhnya janji Najib untuk membina 9,999 rumah mampu milik di Air Putih, Ayer Itam dan Paya Terubong tidak pun termasuk dalam manifesto BN yang dilancarkan oleh Najib sendiri. Janji baru ini nyata sebuah penipuan kerana jika rumah ini akan dibina oleh kerajaan persekutuan BN, kenapa janji ini tidak dimasukkan dalam manifesto nasional BN?
Najib juga tidak jujur apabila berjanji bahawa mereka yang tinggal di 962 rumah satu bilik di Kampung Melayu akan diberi rumah tiga bilik di dalam skim rumah mampu milik di Ayer Itam. Ini satu lagi janji kosong BN yang terus dikitar semula dalam setiap pilihanraya umum; yang kali terakhir dilakukan oleh Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Nor Mohamad Yakcop pada tahun 2008 dan tidak pernah ditunaikan.
Bagi rumah pangsa Padang Tembak, janji Najib untuk menggunakan tanah FRU digabungkan dengan kawasan rumah pangsa sedia ada untuk membina 4,800 rumah kos rendah dan sederhana membangkitkan persoalan sama ada penduduk sedia ada akan dihalau keluar, terutamanya yang menyewa. Malah, isu kesesakan lalulintas juga masih tidak diselesaikan. Dalam sebuah kawasan yang sesak dengan kepadatan tinggi, bagaimana Kerajaan Persekutuan akan membina lebuhraya baru bagi mengatasi kesesakan jalanraya dengan kepadatan yang bertambah disebabkan 15,000 rumah baru.
BN selalu mengkritik kerajaan negeri kononnya mengabaikan kesesakan lalulintas disebabkan projek perumahan, termasuk 22,172 unit rumah mampu milik yang dicadangkan oleh kerajaan negeri Pakatan Rakyat. Namun BN telah memilih untuk berdiam diri tanpa menyatakan lebuhraya apa yang ia akan bina apabila terjadinya kesesakan jalanraya yang amat teruk di Air Putih, Paya Terubong dan Ayer Itam hasil daripada 15,000 rumah baru ini?
Pakatan Rakyat mencabar Najib untuk melaksanakan janji BN, terutamanya projek monorail yang dijanjikan dalam tahun 2006. Walaupun BN gagal melaksanakan janjinya dalam tahun 2006, Najib masih tidak segan untuk mengulangi janji kitar semula untuk membina monorail tersebut sekali lagi. Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi telah gagal melaksanakan janji tersebut ketika beliau menjadi Perdana Menteri, dan Datuk Seri Najib juga gagal melakukannya selepas mengambil alih daripada Pak Lah. Jelaslah bahawa monorail atau tram hanya akan diwujudkan di Pulau Pinang apabila Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim menjadi Perdana Menteri yang baru pada 5 Mei 2013.

看守政府首相拿督斯里纳吉敦拉萨承诺联邦政府将在三个州选区，也即是亚逸布爹、亚依淡及垄尾兴建9999单位的中廉价屋，是不诚实地重复和再循环联邦政府没有实践的承诺，丝豪不尊重现有的4000个家庭，更为了赢得大选，不惜垂死挣扎，作出空头承诺。
槟州政府对纳吉宣布透过一个马来西亚发展公司，签署了在亚逸布爹、亚依淡及垄尾的土地买卖合约，以在各区兴建2222单位中廉价屋及1111单位可负担房屋一事，感到震惊。在没事先知会现有地段4000户家庭或遭逼迁的事实下，纳吉此举不只不尊重这4000户家庭，更不惜为了捞取选票的政治利益而牺牲这4000户人家的家园。为何国阵及纳吉在宣布计划之前，不只没有事先咨询现有的4000户家庭，更在没有知会他们家园将被铲平的情况下，就以如斯恶劣的方式率先作出宣布？
很明显的，纳吉不惜垂死挣扎，作出新的空头承诺，也即是兴建9999单位的可负担房屋。这是没有价值的承诺，因为这些承诺是在大选前夕才贸然许下。事实上，纳吉所承诺在亚逸布爹、亚依淡及垄尾承建的9999单位可负担房屋，根本就没有纳入他亲自推介的国阵全国竞选宣言内。这个新承诺经已被揭发实为一大谎言，因为若这些房屋将由联邦国阵政府所兴建的话，为何这项承诺却没有被纳入国阵的全国竞选宣言内？
纳吉承诺，那些住在柑榜马来由一房组屋的962户人家，将会在亚依淡可负担房屋计划下获得一间三房的单位。这更是纳吉的不诚实之处。这根本就是国阵另一项尚未实现的承诺，这是一项每逢大选就被拿出来再循环使用的承诺。上一次的相同承诺，是由首相署部长丹斯里诺莫哈末在2008年作出的。截至目前为止，此诺言还没有实践。
至于打枪埔组屋，纳吉承诺在该处的后备军营地，结合现有的组屋地段，兴建4800个新的中廉价屋单位一事， 引发了原有住户，特别是租户将被驱走的问题。而且交通阻塞的问题也没有获得正视。在这个已经严重交通拥挤的高密度区域，联邦政府在新增了逾1万5000个新单位的密度之后，要如何兴建高速公路来解决交通阻塞问题呢？
国阵常常抨击槟州民联政府在房屋发展计划，包括民联建议兴建2万2172单位可负担房屋的同时，忽略房屋发展计划引致的交通阻塞问题。然而，在亚逸布爹、亚依淡及垄尾兴建1万5千间房屋将引起庞大比例的交通阻塞课题上，国阵却选择保持沉默，没有列出任何兴建大道的建议。
民联挑战纳吉先落实国阵早前许下的承诺，包括2006年承诺要送槟城的单轨轻快铁计划。尽管国阵无法实践他们早在2006年就许下的承诺，纳吉昨天依然厚脸皮地重复或者是再循环国阵尚未实践的承诺—也即是兴建单轨轻快铁。敦阿都拉阿末巴达威在担任首相时都没有办法落实这项承诺，而拿督斯里纳吉在从阿都拉手中接过首相棒子之后，也一样无法落实这项承诺。很明显的，单轨轻快铁或电车只有在拿督斯里安华依不拉欣在2013年5月5日 当上马来西亚新首相后，才有望落实了。
