\nThe Drama (Sandiwara) Of MIC, Gerakan Or MCA\u2019s Quit Threats Cannot Cover Up Their Complete Irrelevance And UMNO\u2019s Contempt For MCA In Failing To Even Inform MCA That BN Will Be Facilitating And Prioritising PAS Hudud Bill To Be Tabled In Parliament. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The drama(sandiwara) of MIC, Gerakan or MCA\u2019s quit threats cannot cover up their complete irrelevance and UMNO\u2019s contempt for MCA in failing to even inform MCA that BN will be facilitating and prioritising PAS President Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang\u2019s hudud bill to be tabled in Parliament. UMNO\u2019s contempt of MCA that they are completely irrelevant is demonstrated by MCA Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan complaining that Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had asked the Cabinet about Hadi\u2019s hudud bill and that the Cabinet had disagreed with the idea. <\/p>\n

What is worse is that MCA did not dare to protest when BN reneged on the disagreement by Cabinet, when BN supported Hadi\u2019s hudud bill without informing MCA, Gerakan or MIC. Two Cabinet meetings have elapsed since Hadi\u2019s hudud bill was tabled in Parliament last week with the support of UMNO Ministers. However MIC, Gerakan or MCA\u2019s complaints that they were not even informed were never addressed. Clearly none of the MCA, MIC or Gerakan Ministers dare to protest this betrayal at the two subsequent Cabinet meetings. <\/p>\n

No wonder UMNO had challenged MCA, Gerakan or MIC not to make quit threats but instead make good the threats by quitting immediately and not later. The announcement of quitting MCA last Friday by Kedah MCA deputy chairman and state EXCO member Datuk Dr Leong Yong Kong, to protest against UMNO\u2019s support for Hadi\u2019s hudud bill and then his subsequent retraction of quitting MCA yesterday, only highlights the drama(sandiwara) of MCA leaders. Despite MCA being played out and betrayed by BN, MCA continues to remain in BN to desperately cling on to their Ministerial posts. <\/p>\n

UMNO supporters is derisive of MCA\u2019s quit threats and is now challenging MCA to leave and resign from BN and their Ministerial posts immediately because MCA will never do so just like Datuk Dr Leong Yeong Kong. MCA, MIC and Gerakan leaders\u2019 quit threats will never happen and they will find an excuse, just like rejoining government again despite promising not to rejoin Cabinet and government if they perform badly in the 13th general elections. <\/p>\n

To distract attention for their unprincipled actions, MCA had tried to shift the blame to DAP by calling us to leave the Selangor state government. Why should DAP leave the Selangor state government when the Selangor State government did not table any hudud bill? It is BN that facilitated and prioritised Hadi\u2019s hudud bill in Parliament and MCA should leave BN immediately to prove their principled stand of opposing Hadi\u2019s hudud bill. <\/p>\n

MCA should emulate the consistency and principled stand of DAP on hudud. DAP had cut off all contacts and ties with Hadi when we realised that Hadi was intent on breaking his promises to Pakatan Rakyat and committed to pushing the hudud bill. <\/p>\n

DAP wishes to reiterate that we do not oppose Islam, but oppose the hudud bill by Hadi because it is against the Federal Constitution. We cannot have one country two systems. Further, any changes of syariah court powers can not be by ordinary law that requires a simple majority to be passed, but must be through a constitutional amendment requiring a 2\/3 majority. For this reason BN should be condemned for not only betraying their own promises and principles but also the Federal Constitution. <\/p>\n

\u6c11\u4e3b\u884c\u52a8\u515a\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u517c\u5cc7\u773c\u533a\u56fd\u4f1a\u8bae\u5458\u6797\u51a0\u82f1\u4e8e2016\u5e746\u67082\u65e5\u5728\u5409\u9686\u5761\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u58f0\u660e\uff1a <\/p>\n

\u7531\u5370\u5ea6\u56fd\u5927\u515a\u3001\u6c11\u653f\u515a\u6216\u9a6c\u534e\u516c\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5bfc\u7684\u201c\u5448\u8f9e\u5a01\u80c1\u8bba\u201d\u4f5c\u79c0\u5927\u620f\uff0c\u5e76\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a9\u76d6\u8fd9\u4e09\u515a\u7684\u65e0\u80fd\uff1b\u66f4\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a9\u76d6\u5deb\u7edf\u8511\u89c6\u9a6c\u534e\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u9a6c\u534e\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u56fd\u9635\u4f1a\u5728\u56fd\u4f1a\uff0c\u8ba9\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u515a\u7684\u4f0a\u90a2\u6cd5\u79c1\u4eba\u6cd5\u6848\u722c\u5934\u3002 <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u7531\u5370\u5ea6\u56fd\u5927\u515a\u3001\u6c11\u653f\u515a\u6216\u9a6c\u534e\u516c\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5bfc\u7684\u201c\u5448\u8f9e\u5a01\u80c1\u8bba\u201d\u4f5c\u79c0\u5927\u620f\uff0c\u5e76\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a9\u76d6\u8fd9\u4e09\u515a\u7684\u65e0\u80fd\uff1b\u66f4\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a9\u76d6\u5deb\u7edf\u8511\u89c6\u9a6c\u534e\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u9a6c\u534e\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u56fd\u9635\u4f1a\u5728\u56fd\u4f1a\uff0c\u8ba9\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u515a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u62ff\u7763\u65af\u91cc\u54c8\u8fea\u963f\u65fa\u7684\u4f0a\u5211\u6cd5\u79c1\u4eba\u6cd5\u6848\u722c\u5934\u3002\u5deb\u7edf\u8511\u89c6\u9a6c\u534e\u3001\u65e0\u89c6\u9a6c\u534e\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e8b\uff0c\u9a6c\u534e\u90e8\u957f\u62ff\u7763\u65af\u91cc\u9ec4\u5bb6\u6cc9\u4e5f\u8bc1\u5b9e\u53ca\u6295\u8bc9\u526f\u9996\u76f8\u62ff\u7763\u65af\u91cc\u963f\u672b\u624e\u5e0c\u66fe\u7ecf\u5728\u5185\u9601\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e2d\uff0c\u8be2\u95ee\u9601\u5458\u6709\u5173\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u5211\u4e8b\u6cd5\u4e00\u4e8b\uff0c\u800c\u5185\u9601\u6210\u5458\u4e5f\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u6709\u5173\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u66f4\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5f53\u56fd\u9635\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u9884\u5148\u77e5\u4f1a\u9a6c\u534e\u3001\u6c11\u653f\u6216\u56fd\u5927\u515a\uff0c\u800c\u652f\u6301\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u515a\u54c8\u8fea\u963f\u65fa\u7684\u4f0a\u90a2\u6cd5\u79c1\u4eba\u6cd5\u6848\u722c\u5934\u65f6\uff0c\u9a6c\u534e\u5728\u5deb\u7edf\u98df\u8a00\u3001\u6ca1\u6709\u9075\u4ece\u5185\u9601\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u7684\u610f\u613f\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u70b9\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6562\u6297\u8bae\u3002\u81ea\u54c8\u8fea\u7684\u4f0a\u90a2\u6cd5\u79c1\u4eba\u6cd5\u6848\u5728\u56fd\u4f1a\u63d0\u5448\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u5deb\u7edf\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u5185\u9601\u5df2\u7ecf\u6709\u4e24\u6b21\u7684\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u56fd\u5927\u515a\u3001\u6c11\u653f\u6216\u9a6c\u534e\u6295\u8bc9\u6307\u4ed6\u4eec\u672a\u88ab\u544a\u77e5\u4e00\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u5728\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u63d0\u8d77\u3002\u5f88\u660e\u663e\u7684\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u9a6c\u534e\u3001\u56fd\u5927\u515a\u6216\u6c11\u653f\u515a\u7684\u90e8\u957f\u6562\u5728\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u76842\u6b21\u5185\u9601\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u88ab\u80cc\u53db\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u96be\u602a\u5deb\u7edf\u6311\u6218\u9a6c\u534e\u3001\u6c11\u653f\u3001\u6216\u56fd\u5927\u515a\u4e0d\u5fc5\u52b3\u5e08\u52a8\u4f17\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u8981\u8f9e\u804c\uff0c\u5e72\u8106\u76f4\u63a5\u73b0\u5728\u8f9e\u804c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e4b\u540e\u3002\u4e0a\u5468\u4e94\u9a6c\u534e\u5409\u6253\u5dde\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u53ca\u5dde\u884c\u653f\u8bae\u5458\u62ff\u7763\u6881\u8363\u5149\u5ba3\u5e03\u9000\u51fa\u9a6c\u534e\u4ee5\u6297\u8bae\u5deb\u7edf\u652f\u6301\u54c8\u8fea\u7684\u4f0a\u5211\u6cd5\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u6628\u5929\u4ed6\u53c8\u6536\u56de\u4ed6\u9000\u515a\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ea\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4eba\u770b\u5230\u9a6c\u534e\u5f88\u660e\u663e\u5728\u4f5c\u79c0\u3002\u9a6c\u534e\u65e0\u89c6\u4e8e\u88ab\u56fd\u9635\u80cc\u53db\uff0c\u4ecd\u7ee7\u7eed\u7559\u5728\u56fd\u9635\u4e00\u5207\u53ea\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8c0b\u6c42\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u90e8\u957f\u804c\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5deb\u7edf\u652f\u6301\u8005\u4e0d\u53ea\u5632\u7b11\u9a6c\u534e\u7684\u8f9e\u804c\u5a01\u80c1\uff0c\u8fd8\u76f4\u63a5\u6311\u6218\u9a6c\u534e\u7acb\u523b\u8f9e\u6389\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u90e8\u957f\u804c\u4f4d\u53ca\u9000\u51fa\u56fd\u9635\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5c31\u50cf\u62ff\u7763\u6881\u8363\u5149\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u5230\u6700\u540e\u9a6c\u534e\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u8fd9\u4e48\u505a\u3002\u9a6c\u534e\u3001\u56fd\u5927\u515a\u53ca\u6c11\u653f\u515a\u9886\u8896\u8f9e\u804c\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u5c06\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4f1a\u5411\u7b2c13\u5c4a\u5927\u9009\u524d\u627f\u8bfa\u82e5\u5927\u9009\u60e8\u8d25\u5c06\u4e0d\u5165\u5185\u9601\u4e00\u6837\u51fa\u5c14\u53cd\u5c14\uff0c\u8bf8\u591a\u501f\u53e3\u98df\u8a00\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u8f6c\u79fb\u89c6\u7ebf\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ba9\u4eba\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u4ed6\u4eec\u6ca1\u6709\u539f\u5219\u7684\u4e3e\u52a8\uff0c\u9a6c\u534e\u66fe\u7ecf\u602a\u7f6a\u884c\u52a8\u515a\uff0c\u53eb\u6211\u4eec\u9000\u51fa\u96ea\u5170\u83aa\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u3002\u96ea\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u63d0\u5448\u4efb\u4f55\u4f0a\u5211\u6cd5\u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u884c\u52a8\u515a\u8981\u9000\u51fa\u96ea\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c? \u73b0\u5728\u662f\u56fd\u9635\u8ba9\u54c8\u8fea\u7684\u4f0a\u5211\u6cd5\u6cd5\u6848\u4f18\u5148\u5728\u56fd\u4f1a\u63d0\u5448\uff0c\u9a6c\u534e\u624d\u5e94\u8be5\u9a6c\u4e0a\u9000\u8fc7\u56fd\u9635\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc1\u660e\u4ed6\u4eec\u53cd\u5bf9\u54c8\u8fea\u4f0a\u5211\u6cd5\u7684\u539f\u5219\u7acb\u573a\u3002 <\/p>\n

\u9a6c\u534e\u5e94\u8be5\u4eff\u6548\u884c\u52a8\u515a\u7684\u575a\u5b9a\u7acb\u573a\u4e0e\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u59cb\u7ec8\u53cd\u5bf9\u4f0a\u5211\u6cd5\u3002\u884c\u52a8\u515a\u5728\u53d1\u73b0\u54c8\u8fea\u6709\u610f\u80cc\u5f03\u4fe1\u4e49\u3001\u80cc\u53db\u6c11\u8054\u3001\u51b3\u610f\u63a8\u52a8\u4f0a\u5211\u6cd5\u65f6\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0e\u54c8\u8fea\u65ad\u51b3\u4e00\u5207\u8054\u7cfb\u53ca\u5f80\u6765\u3002 <\/p>\n
