This issue has been explained many times even before the 2013 general elections but the BN-controlled mass media have never published our replies allowing irresponsible BN leaders to regurgitate their lies serially every year. <\/p>\n<p>Fortunately the people of Penang can distinguish truth from lies and accept the fact that BN has sold at least 3,661 acres of land for RM 1.0586 billion as compared to PR selling only 106.1 acres for a higher return of RM 1.1102 billion. (see table below) <\/p>\n<p>BN sold 3,661 acres of land but even though BN sold 35 times more land than PR\u2019s 106.1 acres, PR got more money because PR\u2019s land sales were conducted by open competitive tender. This fact of PR conducting open competitive tender was one of the reasons why PR was returned with the largest mandate in Penang\u2019s history with 68% of the popular vote in the 2013 general election. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>From the sale of 106 acres by open tender generating RM 1.102 billion, the Penang PR state government has allocated RM500 million Public and Affordable Housing Scheme(PAHS) Fund to build over 20,000 units of affordable housing throughout the 5 districts of Penang. This RM 500 million PAHS Fund is the largest allocated by any state government in Malaysia, and the state government is willing to increase the allocation where necessary. <\/p>\n<p>Some of the public housing is being designed by Singapore government\u2019s Housing Development Board(HDB) so that the poor can also enjoy quality living. Penang is also the first pioneer in Shared Ownership Scheme(SOS) to help the poor who could not get 100% bank loans to buy their houses through the state government giving them 30% of the purchase price as interest free loans. At the same time, the state government has also purchased flats for rental-purchase in Seberang Perai Selatan. Again it is untrue that PR is not building houses for the poor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8211;BM Version &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Kenyataan Media Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang Lim Guan Eng di Komtar, George Town Pada 28.6.2014.<\/p>\n<p>BN Telah Menjual 35 Kali Ganda Lebih Banyak Tanah Daripada PR, Sekurang-kurangnya 3,661 Ekar Tanah Dengan Nilai RM 1.0586 Bilion Berbanding Jualan PR Dengan Tender Terbuka yang Kompetitif, Hanya 106.1 Ekar Untuk Pulangan Tinggi Sebanyak RM 1.1102 Billion.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi mereka yang mendakwa Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang  bergantung semata-mata kepada penjualan semua tanah kerajaan di Pulau Pinang untuk menjana pendapatan, ini adalah tidak benar kerana BN telah menjual 35 kali lebih banyak tanah daripada PR malah dengan harga yang jauh lebih rendah. Isu ini telah dijelaskan banyak kali sebelum Pilihan Raya Umum 2013 tetapi media massa yang dikuasai BN tidak pernah menerbitkan jawapan balas kami, membolehkan pemimpin BN yang tidak bertanggungjawab untuk memuntahkan apa sahaja pembohongan mereka secara bersiri setiap tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Mujurlah rakyat Pulau Pinang boleh membezakan antara kebenaran dan  pembohongan dan menerima hakikat bahawa BN telah menjual sekurang-kurangnya 3,661 ekar tanah dengan nilai RM 1.0586 billion berbanding PR menjual hanya 106.1 ekar untuk pulangan yang lebih tinggi dengan nilai RM 1.1102 billion. (lihat jadual di bawah)<\/p>\n<p>BN menjual 3,661 ekar tanah dan walaupun BN menjual 35 kali lebih banyak tanah daripada PR (106.1 ekar), PR mendapat lebih banyak wang kerana jualan tanah PR telah dijalankan melalui tender terbuka yang kompetitif. Hakikat PR menjalankan tender kompetitif terbuka adalah salah satu sebab mengapa PR telah kembali dengan mandat yang terbesar dalam sejarah Pulau Pinang dengan 68% undi popular pada Pilihan Raya Umum 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Hasil jualan 106 ekar melalui tender terbuka menjana RM1.102 billion, Kerajaan Negeri PR Pulau Pinang telah memperuntukkan RM500 juta untuk tabung Skim Perumahan Mampu Milik Awam (PAHS) bagi membina lebih 20,000 unit rumah mampu milik di seluruh 5 daerah di Pulau Pinang. RM500 juta Dana PAHS merupakan yang terbesar yang diperuntukkan oleh mana-mana kerajaan negeri di Malaysia, dan kerajaan negeri bersedia untuk menambah peruntukan di mana yang perlu.<\/p>\n<p>Malahan, beberapa projek perumahan awam sedang direka oleh Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan Kerajaan Singapura (HDB) supaya golongan miskin juga boleh menikmati kehidupan yang berkualiti. Pulau Pinang juga perintis pertama dalam Skim Pemilikan Bersama (SOS) untuk membantu golongan miskin yang tidak layak mendapat 100% pinjaman bank untuk membeli rumah, di mana kerajaan negeri akan memberikan mereka 30% daripada harga pembelian sebagai pinjaman tanpa faedah. Pada masa yang sama, kerajaan negeri juga telah membeli flat untuk sewa beli di Seberang Perai Selatan. Sekali lagi, adalah tidak benar bahawa PR tidak membina rumah untuk golongan miskin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;-Mandarin Version &#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>\u69df\u5dde\u9996\u5e2d\u90e8\u957f\u4e8e2014\u5e746\u670828\u65e5\u5728\u4e54\u6cbb\u5e02\u5149\u5927\u53d1\u8868\u58f0\u660e\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u9635\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u4ee510\u4ebf5\u5343860\u4e07\u4ee4\u5409\u7684\u4ef7\u94b1\uff0c\u5356\u6389\u69df\u57ce\u81f3\u5c113,661\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\u3002\u56fd\u9635\u8131\u624b\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u662f\u6c11\u8054\u768435\u500d\u4e4b\u5927\uff0c\u4e8b\u7f18\u6c11\u8054\u8fc4\u4eca\u900f\u8fc7\u516c\u5f00\u7ade\u6807\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ec5\u5356\u51fa106.1\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5374\u80fd\u83b7\u5f9711\u4ebf1\u534320\u4e07\u4ee4\u5409\u7684\u9ad8\u56de\u916c\u7387\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u6307\u8d23\u69df\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u53ea\u4f1a\u4f9d\u8d56\u552e\u5356\u571f\u5730\u6765\u8d5a\u94b1\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u8bf4\u6cd5\u4e26\u4e0d\u6b63\u786e\uff0c\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ece\u56fd\u9635\u624b\u4e2d\u5356\u6389\u7684\u69df\u5dde\u571f\u5730\u662f\u6c11\u8054\u768435\u500d\u4e4b\u5927\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6536\u76ca\u8fdc\u4f4e\u4e8e\u6c11\u8054\u30022013\u5e74\u5168\u56fd\u666e\u9009\u65f6\uff0c\u69df\u6c11\u8054\u5df2\u591a\u756a\u9488\u5bf9\u6b64\u8bae\u9898\u505a\u51fa\u89e3\u91ca\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u56fd\u9635\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u5a92\u4f53\u5374\u4ece\u672a\u520a\u767b\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56de\u5e94\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u7eb5\u5bb9\u56fd\u9635\u9886\u8896\u5468\u800c\u590d\u59cb\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u7b49\u5047\u8bae\u9898\u8bef\u5bfc\u7fa4\u4f17\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u69df\u57ce\u4eba\u80fd\u591f\u5224\u65ad\u662f\u975e\uff0c\u4e26\u4e86\u89e3\u56fd\u9635\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u4ee510\u4ebf5\u5343860\u4e07\u4ee4\u5409\u7684\u4ef7\u94b1\uff0c\u5356\u6389\u69df\u57ce\u81f3\u5c113,661\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u800c\u6c11\u8054\u8fc4\u4eca\u900f\u8fc7\u516c\u5f00\u7ade\u6807\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ec5\u5356\u51fa106.1\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5374\u80fd\u83b7\u5f9711\u4ebf1\u534320\u4e07\u4ee4\u5409\u7684\u9ad8\u56de\u916c\u7387\u3002\uff08\u8be6\u60c5\u8bf7\u53c2\u8003\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5217\u8868\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u56fd\u9635\u624b\u4e2d\u5356\u6389\u7684\u571f\u5730\u8fbe3,661\u516c\u9877\uff0c\u662f\u6c11\u8054\u768435\u500d\u5927\u3002\u867d\u7136\u6c11\u8054\u4ec5\u552e\u5356106.1\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4f46\u8d5a\u5230\u7684\u94b1\u5374\u8fdc\u6bd4\u56fd\u9635\u591a\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u8d2f\u5f7b\u516c\u5f00\u62db\u6807\u7684\u4f5c\u4e1a\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u8d5a\u94b1\uff0c\u4e5f\u8ba9\u6c11\u4f17\u66f4\u652f\u6301\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u57282013\u5e74\u5168\u56fd\u666e\u9009\u65f6\uff0c\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u5f97\u523068%\u7684\u9009\u7968\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u516c\u5f00\u62db\u6807\u552e\u51fa\u7684106\u516c\u9877\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5e26\u6765\u4e8611\u4ebf1\u534320\u4e07\u4ee4\u5409\uff0c\u69df\u5dde\u6c11\u8054\u653f\u5e9c\u968f\u540e\u6339\u6ce8\u4e865\u4ebf\u4ee4\u5409\u5728\u516c\u4f17\u53ef\u8d1f\u62c5\u623f\u5c4b\u57fa\u91d1\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u6c42\u5728\u5dde\u51855\u53bf\u5174\u5efa\u8d85\u8fc72\u4e07\u95f4\u53ef\u8d1f\u62c5\u623f\u5c4b\u3002\u8fd9\u7b14\u62e8\u6b3e\uff0c\u662f\u56fd\u5185\u5404\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u4e4b\u6700\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u69df\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u968f\u65f6\u89c6\u9700\u8981\u589e\u6dfb\u62e8\u6b3e\u989d\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53ef\u8d1f\u62c5\u623f\u5c4b\u5f53\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u662f\u7531\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4f4f\u623f\u5efa\u8bbe\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08HDB\uff09\u6240\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4e00\u822c\u7a77\u82e6\u4eba\u5bb6\u4e5f\u80fd\u4eab\u6709\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u3002\u53e6\uff0c\u69df\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u63a8\u51fa\u201c\u5171\u4eab\u62e5\u6709\u6743\u914d\u5957\u201d\u7684\u5148\u9a71\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u90a3\u4e9b\u65e0\u6cd5100%\u83b7\u5f97\u94f6\u884c\u8d37\u6b3e\u7684\u8d2b\u7a77\u8005\u8d2d\u4e70\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u3002\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u4f1a\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b30%\u7684\u514d\u606f\u8d37\u6b3e\uff0c\u51cf\u8f7b\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u8d2d\u5165\u5a01\u5357\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ec4\u5c4b\uff0c\u518d\u8f6c\u552e\/\u79df\u4e88\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u8005\u3002\u8bf4\u6211\u4eec\u6ca1\u6709\u4e3a\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u8005\u5efa\u8bbe\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u90a3\u662f\u4e0d\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Table:EN 20140628_LGE_LAND_EN Table: BM 20140628_LGE_LAND_BM Table:CN 20140628_LGE_LAND_CN Press Statement By Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng In Komtar, George Town On 28.6.2014.
