This is untrue. My daughter is a good kid and is the same before and after joining the NS Camp. Both my father and I had never told the Defence Minister as claimed by him and neither had we thanked him for it.

My daughter was selected to join the NS Camp for the 2008-9 session and she had duly complied. We have never talked about my daughter’s experiences, good or bad in NS, because she is still under 21 and a student who is not involved in politics.

My family and I love our daughter and want to protect her privacy. We have shielded her from the glare of publicity so that she can grow up and enjoy life with her friends as a normal kid. We hope that Datuk Seri Ahmad can respect my daughter’s privacy and not drag her into his political games to justify the NS programme.

If children of politicians venture into public life involving public interest, then they are subject to public scrutiny. However for BN leaders to try to use my children as political capital to boost BN when they are still studying and not involved in public life is wrong and regrettable.

This is not the first time that my children have been unfairly targeted by BN and UMNO leaders. Last year, my 15 year old son was defamed by UMNO leaders and UMNO Online for sexually molesting his classmate and that I have to pay RM200,000 to cover-up the scandal and transfer my son to another school. A picture of the alleged girl victim of my son was even put up by the UMNO blogs.

This cruel and barbaric lie by UMNO against my minor son was quickly exposed when the picture of the girl victim was discovered to be a fake and belonged to a Hong Kong chess grandmaster who had never met me or my son. So far no UMNO leaders had apologised to my son and me for this vicious lie that had caused my son to miss school for 2 days.

I urge UMNO and BN leaders to throw your lies at me if you must but please leave my children alone. They are still studying and are not in politics. By continuing to drag my children with lies or misrepresentation, is an act of desperation that shows their lack of moral values and absence of ethical judgment. Have BN and UMNO leaders run of ideas and ideals that their only political capital is to preach lies and hate not only against PR leaders but also at our children?

我的家人和我对于国防部长拿督斯里阿末查希哈米迪昨日在诗巫发表的声明感到难过，他针对国民服务计划已经被广泛接受、由于对孩子起正面影响而获家长信赖的宣传，把我的女儿卷入其中。拿督斯里阿末查希声称，我的父亲和我可以看到，我的女儿在参加了槟城浮罗山背的国民服务计划后，如何变得更好。

这是不确实的。我的女儿在参加国民服务计划之前或之后，一直都是好孩子。我的父亲和我，从来没有像国防部长所说的感激过他。
我的女儿被抽中参加了2008至2009年届的国民服务计划，她也按时履行了义务。我们从来没有谈论我女儿在国民服务计划中的好或坏的经验，因为她还未满21岁，还是未参政的学生。

我的家人和我都疼爱我们的女儿，希望保护她的隐私。我们不让她在公众的注目中长大，就是希望她可以跟正常的小孩一样，和她的朋友一起快乐地长大。我希望拿督斯里阿末可以尊重我女儿的隐私，不要把她卷入他的政治游戏，来合理化国民服务计划。

一旦政治人物的子女走进涉及公众利益的公众人物生活，那么他们就必遭受公众审查的眼光。但是，当孩子们还在读书、未涉入公众人物的生活，国阵领袖想要利用我的孩子做为抬高国阵的政治资本，这是大错特错的。

这已经不是第一次，我的孩子不公平地成为国阵和巫统领袖的箭靶。去年，我15岁的儿子被巫统领袖及UMNO Online诬蔑，指他性侵同学，我付了20万令吉的遮口费并安排他转校。巫统甚至上载了一张女生的照片，诬指照片中的女生就是遭我儿子性侵的受害者。

巫统的残酷谎言很快地就被揭穿了，很快地就有人发现，上述照片中的“女受害者”是无中生有的，照片中的人物是香港的西洋棋手，她从来没有见过我、也没有见过我的儿子。至今为止，还没有任何一名巫统领袖对我或我的儿子道歉，他们这种恶毒的谎言还导致我的儿子没有上学两天。

国阵及巫统领袖，如果你们要继续散布谎言及仇恨，尽管针对我个人，别再将我尚在求学中的孩子拖下水。他们还在上学、也还没有涉足政治。国阵领袖不断地把我的孩子卷入谎言或错误言论中，一再证明他们已经丧失道德价值观、也缺乏了伦理判断能力。国阵或巫统领袖是不是黔驴技穷，只剩谎言和仇恨，不只针对民联领袖，还要针对我们的子女？

Only Economic Policies That Are Clean, Fair, Competitive And Improves The Well-being Of The People As Well As Attract Back Talented Malaysians Can Help Transform Malaysia Into A High-Income Nation Enjoyed By All.

The time has come to implement economic policies that are clean, fair, competitive and improves the well-being of the people as well as attract back talented Malaysians that can help transform Malaysia into a high-income nation enjoyed by all. What better time than the year of the water dragon to initiate such changes so that the coming general elections marks the new beginning that would be enjoyed by all Malaysians rich and poor by 2020.

Present policies which are corrupt, opaque with no open tenders and benefits only certain cronies would only bring Malaysia backwards. A good comparison is South Korea. In 1970, Malaysia’s Gross National Income(GNI) per capita was USD 380 as compared to South Korea USD 260. But 40 years later in 2010, Malaysia’s GNI per capita was at USD 7,760
while South Korea had exceeded us by almost 3 times at USD19,890 (World Bank)

Malaysia’s failure to compete is compounded by the horde of Malaysians leaving. Even the BN government concedes that 2 million Malaysians have left the country since Merdeka in 1957. Countless Malaysians have PR in foreign countries including present Ministers and former Ministers. No one blames the 2 million Malaysians for leaving when the present policies stresses more on politics of division and hate than results-oriented performance drive our best and brightest away.

A recent example is the unfair, harsh and humiliating treatment of temporary Chinese primary school teachers by reducing their benefits arbitrarily without any consultation. How much will it cost the Federal government to continue maintaining existing benefits or even increasing them to temporary teachers? I doubt that such costs will exceed the RM250 million National Feedlot Corporation scandal where money meant for rearing cows is used instead to purchase luxury condos.

Why allow the few cronies to earn extraordinary profits at the expense of 28 million Malaysians. For instance, it took RM 6 billion to build the North-South Highway. But the toll operators have collected RM 24.3 billion as at 31.12.2010 and yet can continue to collect toll till end 2038 and increase toll every year! As the toll operators have already made RM18.3 billion in profits, there is no reason why toll can not be abolished.

Even more talented Malaysians will leave if BN continues to blame the Chinese and minorities for the federal government’s failed policies or use the Chinese threat to frighten the Malays. How can the Chinese be a threat to Malays when critical economic sectors such as banking, insurance, ports, highway toll concessions and infrastructure, transport, automotive industry, IPPs, sugar, rice, flour, plantation products, oil and gas are dominated by Malays?

We must grow up believing in our abilities, trusting each other and have faith that Malays and non-Malays can be world champions. Malays and non-Malay kids must grow up respecting each other as Malaysians and hating only corruption. 2000-9 is the lost decade of corruption where RM1,077 billion of “black money” was illicitly and secretly taken out of Malaysian.

Enough is enough! Let us implement policies that will stop corruption, wipe out poverty, attract back Malaysian talents so that Malaysia can be a high-income nation enjoyed by everyone regardless of race, religion or gender.

Let us welcome the Year of the Dragon by implementing policies that are clean, fair, competitive and improves our standard of living.

是时候推行廉政、公平、竞争力及改善人民生活的经济政策，吸引人才回国，马来西亚才可能转型成为人人共享繁荣的高收入国。让我们在水龙年踏出第一步，于来届大选让“万象更新”，好让全民可以在2020年享受国家繁荣。

没有公开招标、只让特定朋党受益，现行政策腐败、不透明，只会让马来西亚越来越落后。最好的比较例子就是韩国。1970年，马来西亚人均收入为380美元，韩国是260美元。2010年既40年后，马来西亚的人均收入为7760美元，而韩国已经超越我们三倍，达1万9890美元（世界银行报告）。

马来西亚无法竞争，也导致大批马来西亚离开这个国家。就连国阵政府也承认，自1957年独立以来，已有200万马来西亚人离开。无数的国人在外国拥有永久居留权，包括我们的现任及前任部长。我们不怪这200万移民的马来西亚人，因为是现有那种导致分裂及制造仇恨的政策，把我们最好、最聪明的国民逼走。

最新的例子就是，政府独断地减少华小临教的福利，让他们遭受不公平、冷酷及侮辱的对待。联邦政府若维持临教的福利甚至增加他们的福利，会花他们多少钱？我怀疑这笔费用是否超过国家养牛中心丑闻2亿5000万令吉？这笔原本应该用来养牛的钱，被滥用来购买豪华公寓。

为什么我们要牺牲全体2800万国民的利益，让几个朋党赚取额外好处？例如：南北大道承建费为60亿令吉。但是收费站在2010年12月31日已经收取了243亿令吉。它们不但可以继续收费到2038年，而且还可以年年调高过路费！既然收费站已经赚了183亿令吉，为什么不能废除收费站？

如果国阵继续怪罪华人及少数民族，不正视本身失败的政策，或者用华人来威胁马来人，更多马来西亚人才将会移民。当许多重要的经济领域如银行、保险、港口、汽车、独立发电厂、白糖、白米、面粉、种植业、石油及天然气都已经被马来人主导，华人如何威胁马来人？

我们要相信自己的能力、互相信任、要有信心，无论是 马来人或非马来人都可以成为世界冠军。马来人或非马来人的孩子都必须在相互尊重、视彼此为马来西亚人的情况下成长，他们只能仇视贪污。2000年至2009年间，我们因贪污而导致1兆7700万令吉黑钱外流。

够了，让我们实施能够除贪、扶贫、吸引人才回国的政策，打造马来西亚可以成为一个各族、各宗教或男女老少都能分享繁荣的国家。

The Royal Malaysia Police should explain why it did not contact the International Criminal Police Organisation (INTERPOL) to apprehend the fugitive suspect in the brutal rape and murder case of Chee Gaip Yap, 25, who was found murdered in Sungai Petani in January 2006, but instead took six years to bring him to justice.

The case of Chee Gaip Yap in 2006 was one of several brutal sexual assaults against women that highlighted the failure of the Police to reduce crime in Malaysia.

It is reported that the suspect was placed on police bail in 2006, but absconded and fled to Australia before DNA tests, which confirmed his link to material found on the victim, were completed. The suspect was finally apprehended at KL International Airport upon his return from Perth on Tuesday night.

While we are all grateful that the fugitive suspect has now eventually been apprehended by the Police, this six-year delay in the apprehension of the suspect has naturally caused increased suffering to the victim’s family and friends, and may even make the prosecution of the case more difficult.

The Royal Malaysia Police should explain why they waited so long for the suspect to return voluntarily to Malaysia, and why they have not previously pursued the extradition of the suspect to Malaysia through INTERPOL under the provisions of the Australia-Malaysia Extradition Treaty.

这宗发生于2006年的朱玉叶命案，只是几宗残酷性侵犯案的其中一宗，凸显警方无能减低马来西亚的罪案率。

据悉，嫌犯在2006年获得保释，但在脱氧核糖核酸检验（DNA）检验报告完成前逃到澳洲，报告揭露他的DNA与受害人身上所检验出来的DNA吻合，嫌犯最终在周二晚从澳洲珀斯返回吉隆坡国际机场时被逮捕。

潜逃多年的嫌犯最终落网，我们固然感到欣慰，但6年的拖延对受害人的家人和朋友带来痛苦难过，也可能造成此案难以起诉。

大马皇家警察必须解释为什么耗时等待嫌犯自愿返国，而不通过国际刑警组织援引澳洲与马来西亚的引渡条约，将嫌犯引渡回国。

Diving with the Scorpene submarine KD Tun Abdul Razak 21 months after challenge was issued by Defence Minister Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi does not dispute the fact that the submarine could not dive upon delivery nor whether it was value for money for the purchase price tag of RM3.68 billion for two submarines.

However these 2 points of waiting 21 months and the necessity for such a high price tag were not highlighted by the BN mainstream media from Utusan Malaysia to Bernama which instead shamelessly focused on my so-called admission justifying the purchase of the two expensive submarines. Malaysians should not trust such BN media reports which are distorted, twisted and corrupted into outright lies to help BN face the coming general elections.

I would also like to reiterate my previous questioning of awarding a RM534 million service contract or “commission” given to Perimekar Sdn Bhd. Zahid had challenged me in Parliament on 17 March 2010 to go for a submarine ride to prove that the submarine could dive when he could not answer my insistance that the Government return the vessel to the manufacturer to be replaced with a new one.

After all if one buys a new car, and there is a defect, you take it back to the showroom and ask for a new one. However Zahid refused my suggestion and challenged me to take a dive with the submarine. I had accepted immediately but did not realise that it would take 21 months for Zahid to fulfil his challenge. Whether this long 21 months delay was due to some technical defect was not made known?

There is no disputing the professionalism, expertise and sacrifice of our navy boys, including Malaysia’s submariners. Whatever our unhappiness with the price tag, PR and Malaysians want what is best for our navy boys and has never questioned their excellent service to the nation.

Zahid did not dive with me as promised as he said he had other official duties with the Johor Sultan. I was informed that no other blogger was on board. Initially blogger Papagomo was supposed to be on board but I had objected as I refused to be in the same submarine with a liar bullying young kids, who made false allegations against my 15 year old son of sexually molesting his classmate. I have never met papagomo and Zahid had promised that papagomo would be removed. During the dive, I saw two TV3 crew members and one Bernama reporter. Zahid should clarify that he had not lied to me and the press.

However as huge public funds of RM4.23 billion is involved in the purchase and servicing of the 2 submarines, questions remain about the controversy of the high cost of purchasing the submarine and awarding the service contract to a company that had no previous track record or experience in servicing and maintaining submarines.

The BN government must realise that not only huge sums of public funds amounting to RM4.23 billion are involved but the safety of sailors are at stake to ensure that the highest standards or safety and security are maintained by experienced and expert service companies with a proven track record.

国防部长拿督斯里阿末扎希在邀请我乘坐敦阿都拉萨号潜水艇的21个月后才“实践”让我去潜水一事，根本无法隐藏多项黑幕，包括有关潜水艇打从开始交货就无法潜水、以36亿8千万令吉高价购下两艘潜水艇是物有所值的。

我在此重申我早前的质疑，就是将总值5亿3400万令吉的合约或缴付“佣金”给Perimekar有限公司一事。在2010年3月17日的国会会议上，扎希挑战我乘坐一趟潜水艇之旅，以证明潜水艇真的可以潜水。但是扎希却无法回答我所坚持的– 政府应该将这艘有缺陷的潜水艇退还给制造商，并换一艘全新的潜水艇。

毕竟，这就像买了一辆有缺陷的新车，通常都会拿回车厂要求更换一辆全新的轿车。然而，扎希拒绝了我的建议，并挑战我和他一起去乘坐潜水艇。我当下就答应了扎希的这个邀请，但是我没想到的是，扎希需要用21个月的时间去实践他的挑战。 难道这21个月长的延误，是基于一些不为人所知的技术缺陷？

我国海军及水手，包括对潜艇的专业知识，及他们的牺牲精神是无庸置疑的。不管我们再怎么不满购潜水艇的价位，民联及马来西亚人要的是给水手及海军最佳的配备，我们从未质疑他们对国家的优越服务。

扎希并没有如承诺般与我一起乘坐潜水艇，他声称是因为有另一项与柔佛州苏丹参与的官方活动需出席。我获悉，潜水艇上并没有其他的部落客。最初的时候，部落客Papagomo是有被安排与我共乘潜水艇，但是被我拒绝了。因为我不想与一个欺负少年的骗子同一艘船。他早前捏造指我15岁的儿子非礼同学。我没有见过papagomo，而扎希也承诺，部落客papagomo将会在有关乘客名单中被除掉。在这次的潜水中，我看见两名《第三电视》的记者，以及一名《马新社》记者。扎希必需作出澄清– 他到底有没有欺骗我及众记者们。

然而，耗资42亿3千万令吉巨额公币购买两艘潜水艇及发出的服务合约，依然存在着争议性的问题，就是为何以超高价购入，以及将服务合约发给一家毫无相关经验或维修潜水艇记录的公司。

国阵政府必需觉悟的是，耗资42亿3千万令吉巨额，不只是牵涉到公款，船员的安全不应受到威胁，因此应该委任具备相关经验，有卓越表现及专业服务的公司来承包维修合约，以确保达致最高标准及最安全的指标。

Untuk membuktikan bahawa kapal selam yang dibeli itu berupaya menyelam, Zahid telah mencabar saya dalam sidang Parlimen 17 Mac 2010 untuk menyelam dalam kapal tersebut. Walaupun Zahid meyakinkan saya bahawa kecacatan mekanikal dalam kapal selam pertama negara kita telah pun dibetulkan, saya tetap berkeras meminta agar Kerajaan menukarkan kapal selam itu dengan sebuah lagi yang baru. Walau bagaimanapun, Zahid menolak cadangan saya dan mencabar saya untuk menyelam dalam kapal selam tersebut.

Saya telah menerima cabaran itu dengan serta merta tetapi tidak menyangka bahawa saya terpaksa menunggu 21 bulan untuk merealisasikannya. Adakah pembetulan kecacatan teknikal itu mengambil masa begitu lama? Ini menimbulkan semula soalan-soalan mengenai kos pembelian kapal selam yang begitu mahal serta keraguan tentang kontrak perkhidmatan yang dianugerahkan kepada sebuah syarikat yang tidak ada sebarang rekod atau pengalaman dalam penyenggaraan kapal selam.

Saya akan hadir ke LIMA di Langkawi untuk memenuhi cabaran yang dibuat oleh Zahid 21 bulan lalu. Pada masa yang sama, rakyat Malaysia masih lagi menunggu jawapan kepada soalan-soalan tentang kos pembelian yang tinggi dan penganugerahan kontrak perkhidmatan yang kini juga terlibat dalam kes saman di negara asing.

Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi’s Invite That I Dive With The Scorpene-class KD Tun Razak 21 Months After Accepting His Challenge Neither Hides The Fact That The Submarine Could Not Dive Upon Delivery Nor Answer Questions About The Costly RM3.68 Billion Purchase And RM534 Million Service Contract Or “Commission”.

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi’s invite that I dive with the Scorpene-class KD Tun Razak 21 months after accepting his challenge neither hides the fact that the submarine could not dive upon delivery nor answer questions about the costly RM3.68 billion purchase and RM534 million service contract or “commission” given to Perimekar Sdn Bhd.

Zahid had challenged me in Parliament on 17 March 2010 to go for a submarine ride to prove that the submarine could dive. Zahid had then reassured me that the mechanical defect on Malaysia’s first submarine had been corrected but I had insisted that the Government return the vessel to the manufacturer to be replaced with a new one. After all if one buys a new car, and there is a defect, you take it back to the showroom and ask for a new one. However Zahid refused my suggestion and challenged me to take a dive with the submarine.

I had accepted immediately but did not realise that it would take 21 months for Zahid to fulfil his challenge. Does it mean it took that long to correct whatever technical defect that prevented the submarine from diving in the first place? This only revisits questions about the controversy of the high cost of purchasing the submarine and suspicions about awarding the service contract to a company that had no previous track record or experience in servicing and maintaining submarines.

The BN government must realise that not only huge sums of public funds amounting to RM4.214 billion are involved but the safety of sailors are at stake to ensure that the highest standards or safety and security are maintained by experienced and expert service companies with a proven track record. I will go to LIMA in Langkawai and fulfil the challenge made by Zahid 21 months ago. But the public is still waiting for answers to the questions about the high cost of purchase and service contracts which are also subject to suits in a foreign country

国防部长拿督斯里阿末扎希在邀请我一起乘坐潜水艇的21个月后才“实践”挑战一事，根本无法隐藏多项事实，包括有关潜水艇打从开始交货就无法潜水、以36亿8千万令吉高价购下潜水艇，以及将价值5亿3400万令吉的合约或缴付“佣金”给Perimekar有限公司等事实。

国阵政府必需觉悟的是，耗资42亿2千140万令吉巨额的公币，船员的安全不应受到威胁，因此应该委任具备相关经验，有卓越表现及专业服务的公司来承包维修合约，以确保达致最高标准及最安全的指标。我将会亲自出席交怡岛举行的海空展，并实践21个月前，扎希挑战我共乘潜水艇的承诺。但是，民众依然在等着当局针对正面对外国官司的高价购买潜水艇，以及服务合约的种种疑问的答案。

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Khalid Abu Bakar Should Be Issued With A Gag Order And Stop Trying To Clear The “Cows And Condos” Issue Of Any Wrongdoing Or Else He Might As Well Resign And Join Politics.

DAP calls on Minister of Home Affairs Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein to issue a gag order to Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Khalid Abu Bakar and stop trying to clear up the “cows and condos” issue of any wrongdoing or else Khalid might as well resign and join politics. Hishamuddin said that Putrajaya has not closed the RM250 million National Feedlot Centre scandal(in Gemas, Negri Sembilan) linked to Cabinet minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil’s family although police investigations have not yet revealed any element of criminal breach of trust (CBT).

Then why did Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Khalid Abu Bakar have to say that there are is element of CBT or wrongdoing in the case. How can something be not wrong when public funds meant to rear cows is used instead to buy two luxury condos? Despite that, when the Deputy IGP can say that there is nothing wrong even though funds from a RM250 million soft loan can be released early two years before any legal document was signed with the borrower simply stinks to high heaven.

There is nothing wrong with Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil’s battle-cry in rolling up her sleeves to fight to defend her family. But has she considered whether defending the interests of her family is more important than public interests. Public interests demand why the Federal government can allow and fail to act on the purchase of two luxury condominiums in Bangsar for RM13.8 million when no prior approval was obtained form the Federal government.

Even if it is true that that the scandal has nothing to do with Sharizat, as a Federal Minister she should press for action on why public money is used for a different purpose than that intended for. When money is used to purchase luxury condos instead of for cows and no prior approval obtained, that is criminal breach of trust. By failing to support the Auditor-General’s expose of this scandal Sharizat and UMNO delegates have show complete contempt for the principles of rule of law, integrity, accountability and transparency.

Such blind support for UMNO leaders even when they do wrong or implement wrong policies is unsurprising as UMNO is identified so closely with corruption, cronyism and abuse of power. However when the Deputy IGP is willing to clear up the cows and condos scandal even before investigations is complete, is not just unprofessional and unacceptable but a blow to the integrity of the police force.

This is not the first time that the Deputy IGP has waded into political waters. When he was the Selangor CPO, Datuk Seri Khalid had attacked me by lying that I had refused to record my statement with the police. Khalid later admitted his mistake but failed to apologise to me.

Despite such lies, Datuk Seri Khalid was appointed as Deputy IGP. Now he has cleared up the cows and condos scandal by saying that there is no evidence of CBT even though Hishamuddin has said that investigations are still not closed. If this is the new standards for the professionalism for the police force, then Malaysians can expect Datuk Seri Khalid to be promoted as the next IGP.

民主行动党秘书长兼峇眼区国会议员林冠英于2011年12月3日在吉隆坡发表的声明：

全国副总警长拿督斯里卡立阿布巴卡应该被下令封口，并停止试图为“养牛及豪华公寓”课题的舞弊行为澄清，否则他不如索性辞职来参政。

民主行动党吁请内政部长拿督斯里希山慕丁对全国副总警长拿督斯里卡立阿布巴卡下封口令，阻止他继续为“养牛及豪华公寓”丑闻澄清，否则卡立应索性辞职改行参政。希山慕丁曾说，针对涉及内阁部长莎丽扎家族、位于森州的2亿500万国家养牛中心丑闻，即使警方尚未发现存在任何刑事失信的元素，但是布城尚未因此而结案。

既然如此，那为何全国副总警长拿督斯里卡立阿布巴卡声称此案不存在任何的刑事失信或不法行为呢？当公家发出、原意用来养牛的钱，现在私自挪用在购买两个单位负的豪华公寓时，就没有滥用及不当行为吗？尽管如此，更让人难以接受的是，这名全国副总警长竟然说，即使是这2亿5000万令吉的贷款在正式签约前的2年就发出给借贷人，也是没有错的。

莎丽扎卷起衣袖，为了捍卫其家人而抗战，没什么不妥。但是，她可曾想过，到底捍卫家人的利益比较重要，还是捍卫人民的利益更为重要？维护公众利益者要求，为何联邦政府可以允许并没有采取行动对付这单未经批准就在孟沙购买的总值1千380万令吉公寓？

即使是这宗丑闻与莎丽扎无关，作为一个联邦部长，她应该要求采取行动对付那些将钱花在非原定宗旨的项目上。当这笔原应用来养牛的款项，在未经批准就用来购买豪华公寓时，这根本就是刑事失信了。莎丽扎及一众巫统领袖不支持总稽查司报告，在在显示出他们完全蔑视法律、不顾诚信、没有问责制及没有透明度。

这种即使是明知领袖犯错或推行了错误的政策，也要盲目支持巫统领袖的作法，丝豪不让人感到惊讶。因为巫统本身就是与贪污、朋党、滥权如此“关系密切”的政党。但是，当连全国副总警长在调查尚未结束之间，就迫不及待企图为“养牛及公寓”案洗脱罪名时，这不单只是不专业及无法被接受的行为，更严重打击了警队的廉正。

这名全国副总警长已不是第一次沾上政治这滩水了。当他还是雪州总警长时，拿督斯里卡立甚至以谎言来攻击我，说我拒绝与警方合作以录取口供。卡立虽然在较后有承认这项失误，但却始终没有向我道歉。

尽管他作出这些谎言，但却依然无阻他继续升上全国副总警长这个高职。现在，即使是希山慕丁指此案尚未结案，他依然替“养牛中心及豪华公寓”案件澄清，声称没有证据证明涉及任何方面的刑事失信成份。如果这是我国警队的新专业标准，那我们可以预见，很快地拿督斯里卡立将会升上全国总警长这个职位了。

Malaysian parents would be disgusted at the coarse language used by UMNO leaders in the UMNO Youth General Assembly that not only reflects UMNO’s mindset as devoid of policy ideas but filled with lies, hatred, enmity and fear. Penang Umno Youth chief Shaik Hussein Mydin (left) was the most vocal in name calling describing PAS and PKR had became bapok (soft) and pondan (transvestites), even labelling all voters of DAP as bangsat(bastard).

To back his allegations, Shaik claimed that the Penang state government banned the Maulidur Rasual annual procession and that action is taken against Malay traders. This is a lie as statistics show that 70% in Penang island and 85% in Seberang Perai of action taken is against non-Malay traders. Shaik may trick non-Penangites but Penang Muslims know that the Maulidur Rasul procession is not banned but has been held in a bigger manner every year by the Penang PR government.

Shaik completed his shameful display of total contempt for democratic choice by the voters by calling for UMNO to reclaim Malay dominance in Penang. Instead of celebrating democracy as a demonstration of the rakyat’s dominance, UMNO has once again shown its true colours that 1Malaysia is merely an empty slogan to deceive Malaysians into supporting BN and UMNO.

As a NGO friend told me, UMNO’s vicious attacks on the national stage shows their election platform will not be a contest of ideas but a race to the bottom based on racism, sex, lies and vulgar language. Perhaps this shameful display is merely aping the obscene conduct of UMNO Youth President Khairy Jamaludin. Khairy had picked on my 15 year old son with lies that my son had sexually molested his classmate and I had paid RM200,000 to cover up the sex scandal by tweeting that “Mungkin dia roboh Kampung Buah Pala sebab nak ganti dengan Kampung Buah Dada”

In fact, the use of racism, sex, lies and vulgar language hides UMNO’s real weakness and fears. Beginning with UMNO Information chief Datuk Ahmad Maslan and continuing with UMNO Deputy President Tan Sri Muhyiddin “jihad”(holy war) speech, UMNO’s attack on soft targets like Christians, Chinese, Bersih Chair S. Ambiga, DAP and even voters of DAP is a desperate attempt to distract attention from UMNO’s failure to address the hard targets of corruption, cronyism and abuse of power.

No mention is made about the cows and condos scandal involving the family of a Federal Minister. One wonders why is the ordinary Pak Chik in the kampong not given such opportunity? No questions are raised why money from a RM250 million can be approved and released two years even before the agreement was signed by both parties. Every one wants to cover up the scandal of using money meant to rear cows has been diverted to buy not one but two luxury condominiums.

DAP will not respond to UMNO’s election platform of racism, sex, lies and vulgar language. DAP will focus on reforms to bring about clean elections, fight corruption by establishing integrity in leadership, seek justice for all by respecting rule of law, uphold democracy and basic human rights as well as promote good governance based on competency, accountability and transparency.

The 4 Pakatan Rakyat states’ record of good governance speaks for itself. Not only are Penang, Kedah, Kelantan and Selangor cleaner, greener and safer. Economic growth has also progressed. Investment in these PR four states comprise 53% of Malaysia’s total investments in 2010, far exceeding investment in the other 10 BN states.

I urge leaders and voters of DAP not to over-react or be disturbed by such senseless provocation from UMNO. Let Malaysians judge PR and DAP based on performance, principles, ideals and ideas not on one’s ability to manipulate racism, sex, lies and vulgar language.

Serangan UMNO Ke Atas Sasaran Mudah Seperti Kristian, Cina, S. Ambiga, DAP Dan Juga Penyokong DAP Merupakan Tindakan Terdesak Untuk Mengalih Perhatian Umum Daripada Kegagalan UMNO Untuk Menangani Masalah Sebenar Seperti Rasuah, Kronisme Dan Penyalahgunaan Kuasa.

Nyata semua ibu bapa di Malaysia akan berasa jijik dengan bahasa yang digunakan oleh pemimpin-pemimpin UMNO dalam Perhimpunan Agung Pemuda UMNO. Jelas perbuatan mereka mencerminkan cara pemikiran UMNO yang bukan sahaja ketandusan modal tetapi dipenuhi dengan fitnah, kebencian, permusuhan dan ketakutan. Ketua Pemuda UMNO Pulau Pinang Shaik Hussein Mydin adalah antara yang paling lantang sekali dengan kenyataannya bahawa PAS dan PKR sudah menjadi bapok dan pondan, di samping melabelkan semua penyokong DAP sebagai bangsat.

Untuk menyokong dakwaannya, Shaik menuduh Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang tidak membenarkan perarakan tahunan Maulidur Rasul serta mensasarkan tindakan terhadap peniaga-peniaga Melayu. Kedua-dua dakwaan ini adalah fitnah semata-mata. Statistik menunjukkan bahawa daripada semua tindakan penguatkuasaan majlis terhadap peniaga-peniaga, 70% daripada tindakan di Pulau dan 85% di Seberang Perai telah diambil ke atas peniaga-peniaga bukan Melayu. Shaik juga mungkin dapat menipu rakyat dari luar Pulau Pinang, tetapi warga Muslim di Pulau Pinang semua tahu bahawa perarakan Maulidur Rasul di Pulau Pinang bukan sahaja dibenarkan tetapi disambut dengan lebih meriah sekali oleh Kerajaan PR Pulau Pinang.

Dengan sikap tidak mempedulikan pilihan demokratik pengundi, Shaik telah berakhir dengan saranan supaya UMNO mengembalikan dominasi Melayu di Pulau Pinang. Sekali lagi, UMNO telah menunjukkan belang sebenarnya bahawa kuasa rakyat tidak penting dan 1Malaysia itu hanya slogan kosong untuk menipu rakyat Malaysia untuk menyokong BN dan UMNO.

Seorang rakan NGO telah memberitahu saya, serangan ganas UMNO di persada kebangsaan ini jelas menunjukkan bahawa kempen pilihan raya mereka tidak akan berdasarkan pertandingan idea tetapi satu perlumbaan berdasarkan isu-isu perkauman, seks, fitnah dan bahasa kotor. Mungkin aksi memalukan oleh wakil pemuda ini adalah gara-gara perangai Ketua Pemuda Khairy Jamaluddin, yang telah memangsakan anak saya yang berumur 15 tahun dengan “tweet”nya yang berbunyi: “Mungkin di roboh Kampung Buah Pala sebab nak ganti dengan Kampung Buah Dada”, yang bertujuan untuk memfitnah anak saya bahawa kononnya dia telah mencabul rakan sekolahnya dan saya telah membayar RM200,000 sebagai sogokan untuk menutup skandal itu.

Penggunaan isu-isu perkauman, seks, fitnah dan bahasa kotor sebenarnya adalah untuk menyembunyikan kekurangan dan ketakutan UMNO. Bermula dengan Ketua Penerangan UMNO Datuk Ahmad Maslan dan diekori oleh Timbalan Presiden UMNO Tan Sri Muhyiddin dengan ucapan jihadnya, serangan-serangan ke atas sasaran mudah seperti Kristian, Cina, Pengerusi Bersih S. Ambiga, DAP dan juga penyokong DAP adalah satu tindakan terdesak untuk mengalih perhatian umum daripada kegagalan UMNO untuk menangani masalah-masalah sebenar seperti rasuah, kronisme dan penyalahgunaan kuasa.

Langsung pula tidak disebut tentang skandal lembu dan kondo yang membabitkan keluarga seorang Menteri Persekutuan. Soalan patut ditanya kenapa pakcik biasa di kampung tidak pernah diberi peluang yang serupa? Tidak pula disoal kenapa duit daripada pinjaman RM250 juta boleh diberi dua tahun sebelum perjanjian ditandatangani oleh kedua-dua pihak. Semua hanya ingin menutup skandal di mana duit yang sepatutnya digunakan untuk penternakan lembu telah digunakan untuk membeli bukan sebuah tetapi dua buah kondominium mewah.

DAP tidak akan bertindak balas terhadap dasar perkauman, seks, fitnah dan bahasa kotor UMNO. DAP akan menumpukan perhatian terhadap reformasi pilihan raya, melawan rasuah melalui kepimpinan berintegriti, memupuk keadilan untuk semua dengan mendaulatkan undang-undang, menjunjung demokrasi dan hak asasi serta menggalakkan tatakelola pentadbiran yang baik berdasarkan kecekapan, kebertanggungjawapan dan ketelusan.

Prestasi 4 negeri Pakatan Rakyat adalah bukti yang paling jelas. Pulau Pinang, Kedah, Kelantan dan Selangor bukan sahaja sudah menjadi lebih bersih, hijau dan selamat, malah ekonomi pun telah bertumbuh. 巫统专挑软的吃，选择基督教徒、华人、安美嘉、行动党甚至是行动党选民来攻击，根本就是垂死的挣扎，以转移视线，因为他们无法遏止贪污、朋党及滥用权力这些当前紧急要务。

马来西亚的家长们肯定对巫青代表大会上，巫统领袖们的粗俗语言及胡言乱语反感。这不只反映了巫统在政策策略上的技穷，也显示出说话者的思维，充斥着谎言、仇恨、敌意及恐吓的成份。槟州巫青团团长赛胡先迈丁是风头最健的人物，他形容回教党及公正党已沦为“娘娘腔”（bapok）及“人妖”（pondan） ，甚至将所有的行动党选民标签为“杂种”（bangsat或bastard）。

为了支持他的论述，赛胡先迈丁声称槟州政府禁止年度的回教先知穆罕默德誕辰游行，并对马来商家采取行动。这根本就是一个谎言！因为数据显示，槟岛及威省分别有70%及85%的的执法行动对象为非马来人。赛胡先迈丁也许能够哄骗到非槟城人，但是所有的槟城穆斯林都知道，回教先知穆罕默德誕辰游行不只没有被禁，还在民联执政后，规模一年比一年更大。

赛胡先迈丁可耻地吁请巫统重夺槟州马来人的主导权来结束其演说，根本就是完全蔑视民主的选择。巫统再次示出了他们的真面目，所谓的一个马来西亚，充其量只不过是一个空头承诺，以蒙骗马来西亚人支持国阵或巫统，他们根本不会以民为主。

诚如一名非政府组织的朋友告诉我，巫统在全国舞台上展开的种种恶毒攻击，显示了他们的竞选政纲再也不是一场理念之争，反之将会沦为一场充满种族、性爱、谎言及粗俗语言的竞选。 或许这些可耻的行为是模仿巫青团团长凯里的猥琐举动。凯里早前曾以谎言在推特上戏称：“也许他拆了豆蔻村，所以以乳房村来取代”以污蔑我15岁的儿子，称他非礼女同学，而我企图以20万掩口费来掩盖这个丑闻。

实际上，使用种种的种族、性爱、谎言及粗俗语言，在在反映了巫统正在企图掩盖他们真正的软弱和恐惧。从巫统全国宣传局主任拿督阿末玛斯兰，到巫统署理主席丹斯里慕尤丁的“圣战”论，巫统根本就是专挑软的吃，选择攻击诸如基督教徒、华人、净选盟主席安美嘉、行动党，甚至连行动党选民也被拖下水，由此可见，巫统是正在垂死挣扎，以转移视线，因为他们无法遏止贪污、朋党及滥用权力这些当前紧急要务。

没有人提起涉及一名联邦部长家族的“牛事”及豪华公寓丑闻。这里的疑问是，为什么一个普通的甘榜阿叔，却没有被赋予同等的机会呢？没有人敢质问，为什么一笔总额2亿5千万的款项，可以在双方正式签约前的两年就先行发出去。每个人都在试图掩盖这个丑闻，这个原本应该用在养牛的钱，现在却转到购买豪华公寓了。

行动党将不会随着巫统的种族、性爱、谎言及粗俗语言政纲起舞。行动党将会专注在选举改革、还回一个干净的选举、透过领导人树立廉政榜样来肃贪、以尊重法治的方式寻求正义、坚持民主及基本人权，并透过能干、公信、透明的施政方针，做一个良好施政的政府。

民联4州的良好施政都写下了成果。槟城、吉打、吉兰丹及雪兰莪不只是更干净及更安全，经济方面也正在成长中。在2010年，民联4州的总投资额占了我国总投资的53%，远远地领先其他10个国阵执政州。

我在此呼吁行动党的所有领袖及选民，别对巫统的这些毫无意义挑畔反应过敏。让马来西亚人民凭着民联及行动党的表现、原则、理念来评估我们，而不是我们操弄种族、性爱、谎言及粗俗语言的能力。

After preliminary discussions, the State Government of Penang has been informed by Konsortium Transnasional Berhad that the Cityliner bus services in Seberang Perai will continue at least till 1 December 2011. The Penang state government hopes that the termination can be extended by KTB for another 2 weeks till 15th December 2011.

There are total fleet of 32 Cityliner stage buses, with 28 buses operating all 7 routes. The termination of service by city liner will affect the public transport user, and cause inconvenience to them. According to KTB city liner is running severe losses and it is no longer viable for the company to operate their services.

Meanwhile, the State Government is in active negotiations with KTB to seek out a viable and feasible remedy for the longer term. The Penang State Government will also negotiate with Rapid Penang to find solution.

The Penang State Government urges SPAD (Land Public Transport Commission) to intervene with funding and resources as well as to review both social routes(unprofitable but providing for rural areas) and popular routes to ensure that they are served by the respective bus companies. If bus companies serving social routes can not be given popular routes, there should be some subsidy or assistance from SPAD.

The Penang State Government recognises the importance of public transport as an important social good and has provided free bus services. This year the state government spent more than RM 2 million to provide 16 BEST ( bridge express shuttle service transit) buses between Seberang Jaya and the Bayan Lepas FIZ and 3 buses touring the heritage enclave of George Town for free.

Konsortium Transnasional Bhd(KTB) 应该延长Cityliner的巴士停驶的时限至少多2周至2011年12月15日，给予时间谈判继续提供巴士川行服务的定案。

槟州政府要求KTB延长停驶服务至少2周至2011年12月15日，给予时间谈判继续提供巴士川行服务的定案。 我和槟州交通道理管理委员会主席曹观友在上周与KTB 主席兼 董事经理拿督斯里莫哈末纳兹米会面，商讨该公司打算在2011年11月21日起停止巴士服务的事项。

无论如何，KTB已决定延长该巴士公司服务至2011年12月1日，Cityliner 32辆川行威省的巴士每日搭客约560人， 7条川行路线为：

经过初步商议，TKB公司告知州政府有关Cityliner川行威省的巴士服务将延至2011年12月1日，槟州政府希望该巴士服务延长多2周至2011年12月15日。

Cityliner巴士共有32车队，28辆巴士和7条川行路线，停驶将影响公共巴士使用者，造成他们日常生活的不方便。据KTB指， Cityliner面对严重亏损，所以该公司无法再承担有关营运费用。

州政府正积极与KTB谈判，以寻求一个可行的长期方案，州政府同时也将与槟城快捷通巴士谈判寻找解决方案。

槟州政府促请陆地公共交通委员会（SPAD）介入，同时提供资金和资源，以检讨社会路线（无利可图但必须提供予乡区）和热门路线，确保有公司负责这些川行路线，若川行社会路线的巴士公司不获川行热门路线，那SPAD应该给予津贴或援助。

槟州政府认同公共交通作为一项重要社会公益的重要性，并提供免费巴士服务，今年州政府拨出超过2百万令吉提供16辆BEST巴士（大桥快捷通）川行诗布郎再也到峇六拜工业区，还有3辆巴士免费载乘客川行乔治市古迹区。

Kerajaan negeri Pulau Pinang ingin mengucapkan Salam Maal Hijrah kepada semua umat Islam yang meraikan 1 Muharram 1433H. Sempena perayaan Awal Muharam 1433H, saya akan mencadangkan kepada mesyuarat EXCO pada minggu depan agar bayaran program anak emas Pulau Pinang dinaikkan kepada RM 200 one-off daripada bayaran asal RM 100.

Kejayaan Program Penghargaan Warga Emas RM 100 setiap tahun dan RM 1,000 “one-off” urusan jenazah kepada si waris demi mengenang jasa bakti sumbangan warganegara yang melebihi 60 tahun kepada pembangunan negeri, telah menyebabkan beberapa pihak mencadangkan bahawa kerajaan negeri menimbang pula golongan yang baru lahir.

Sebagai kerajaan berjiwa rakyat yang dengar suara rakyat, buat kerja rakyat dan berikan harapan kepada rakyat, kerajaan negeri PR anggap program anak emas ini adalah satu cadangan baik untuk meraikan tambahan anak Pulau Pinang yang baru. Program Anak Emas telah dicadangkan awal tahun ini dengan bayaran RM100 one-off dibayar untuk semua bayi kelahiran mulai 1 Januari 2011 di mana salah satu ibu bapa adalah pengundi di Pulau Pinang.

Bayaran RM 100 program anak emas ini adalah diperolehi daripada lebihan Bajet yang dicatatkan oleh kerajaan negeri Pakatan Rakyat setiap tahun memerintah di Pulau Pinang. Lebihan Bajet adalah RM 88 juta pada 2008, RM 77 juta pada 2009 dan RM33 juta pada 2010. Pengurusan kewangan yang baik, bersih dan anti-rasuah ini disahkan dan dipuji oleh Laporan Ketua Audit Negara dan juga Transparency International.

Sungguhpun bajet 2011 dijangka berdefisit sebanyak RM 108 juta, sebaliknya perbelanjaan berhemah dan urus tadbir cekap, akauntabel dan telus atau CAT membolehkan bajet berdefisit tahun ditukar menjadi bajet lebihan. Atas prestasi kewangan yang menggalakkan ini, maka kerajaan negeri boleh menanggung tambahan RM 100 kepada RM 200 untuk program anak emas ini.

Tambahan pula, negeri Pulau Pinang juga mencatatkan pengurangan hutang yang paling besar dalam sejarah Malaysia sebanyak 95% atau RM600 juta daripada RM630 juta pada Mac 8 2008 bila PR mengambil tampuk pemerintahan negeri kepada RM30 juta pada akhir Oktober 2011. Tambahan kepada RM200 untuk program anak emas akan melihat perbelanjaan di antara RM5 – 10 juta.

Semua ibu bapa diminta mendaftarkan diri dengan Pejabat Daerah, pejabat ADUN dan Ahli Parlimen Pakatan Rakyat ataupun pejabat Pengawai Penyeleras DUN. Bayaran pertama program anak emas akan dibuat pada bulan depan Disember.

建议从2011年1月1日起，将“槟州宝贝计划”下的一次性100令吉，提高至200令吉给所有在槟城出生的新生儿。

槟城州政府恭贺所有回教徒回历新快乐。配合回历新，我将在下周的行政议会，向所有的州行政议员建议，以将现有的“槟州宝贝计划”下的100令吉新生儿补贴金数额，增至200令吉。

随着槟州民联政府的“乐龄人士回馈计划”成功后，有人建议州政府考虑初生宝宝也获津贴的。在乐龄回馈计划下，槟城州所有年届60岁或以上的槟城选民，都能获得每年100令吉的回馈金，以感激他们对槟城做出的贡献。当有关的乐龄人士逝世后，其继承人也将获得一次性1000令吉的抚恤金。

作为一个以民为本的政府，我们准备听人民的话、做人民的事、给人民一个新的希望。而州政府也认为，“槟州宝贝计划”是一项为庆祝新生儿的好建议，因为槟城的人口又增加了。这项计划是在今年初被提出。从2011年1月1日起，凡是父母当中其中一人为槟州登记选民，州政府将发出100令吉给州内每一名初生宝宝。

州政府分发的这100令吉“槟州宝贝计划”，是从槟州民联政府创下的财政盈余处取得。自从执政槟城之后，槟州的财务每年均有盈余，在2008年，我们的财政盈余是8千800万令吉，2009年则是7千700万令吉，以及2011年的3千300万令吉。槟城州政府良好的财务管理、廉洁及反贪的努力，也获得了总稽查司及国际透明组织的认可及表扬。

虽然 2011年度的财政预算案，估计将会有1亿零800万令吉的赤字，但是透过谨慎的开销、以CAT能干、公信、透明的施政方针，今年的赤字预算将会转为盈余。有了这些令人鼓舞的财务表现，我们相信州政府绝对有能力承担“槟州宝贝计划”从100令吉增至200令吉的建议。

再说，槟城州政府也成功从2008年3月迄今，创下马来西亚史上最高的减债记录，成功减了95%或相等于6亿令吉的债务。槟城州政府从2008年3月执政初期的6亿3千万令吉债务，减至2011年10月杪的3千万令吉债务。而将“槟州宝贝计划”从原有的100令吉增至200令吉，则预料将耗资500万令吉至1千万令吉之间。

所有的父母受促向县署、民联国州议员服务中心、选区协调官员办公室登记。第一批的“槟州宝贝计划”补贴金预料将在下个月，也即是12月开始颁发。

Muhyiddin even pursues the perverse logic that DAP leaders such as Lim Kit Siang and myself are Chinese chauvinists even though DAP has fought for all Malaysians and our membership open to all including Malays, Indians Ibans and Kadazans. Muhyiddin conveniently ignores the fact that I was imprisoned and lost my parliamentary seat for defending an underaged Malay rape victim who was detained instead of her rapists.

DAP is no threat to Malays. Only UMNO is a threat to Malays and Malaysians with its open acceptance and defence of repressive violation of basic human rights, corruption and abuse of power.

By using such fear and threats, UMNO can justify and cover up its numerous financial and corruption scandals that has cost Malaysia hundreds of billions of ringgit such as:_

– the latest exposes of excessive expenditure of RM3.7 billion by government departments in the 2010 Auditor-General’s Report without any punishment imposed; and
– the controversy of allowing public funds to a company related to a Minister, that was meant for rearing cows but misused to purchase high-end luxury condominiums.

UMNO has consistently undertaken a remorseless campaign of lies and fear against the DAP to scare the Malays that their rights and interests are being threatened. Nothing could be further from the truth as the civil service, the police and the army is overwhelmingly dominated by the Malays. Further the critical economic sectors in the insurance, banking, automobile, ports, highways are controlled by Malay entrepreneurs or interests.

In politics, the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister are Malays. All the Menteri Besars and Ketua Menteris are Malays except for Penang. No non-Malay political leader has even talked about wanting to be Prime Minister because Malaysians accept the political reality that the Prime Minister of Malaysia must come from the Malay community. That is why talk of wanting to amend the Federal Constitution to only Malays is superfluous as it ignores political reality and is racist as it considers non-Malays as second-class citizens.

The highest political post available to non-Malays now is as Ministers and the Penang Chief Minister post. Even the post of the Penang Chief Minister, the last Chief Minister post held by a non-Malay, may fall into the hands of UMNO due to UMNO contesting the highest number of seats amongst BN component parties in Penang. Out of the 40 state seats in Penang, UMNO contests 15, Gerakan 13, MCA 10 and MIC 2. If BN forms the government, so long as UMNO contests the largest number of seats, any BN Chief Minister will be a puppet of UMNO until an UMNO candidate eventually becomes the Chief Minister.

Despite such extensive control by Malays in the political, public and private sector, DAP has never carried out a campaign of fear and lies that this threatens the interests of non-Malays. DAP has never carried out such a campaign because DAP considers all Malays as Malaysians who has an equal right as any other Malaysian to be in these sectors. This is evident in the open tender system where 70% of state government contracts are won by Malays proving the Malay contractors are competitive, only UMNO crony contractors are useless.

Further the Penang state government has appointed its top civil servants based on merits who happened to be Malay, including the State Secretary, State Financial Officer and the two Presidents of the local councils in Penang Island and Seberang Perai (who also happened to the first women so appointed).

The time has come to reject UMNO’s racial approach that Malays are not competent and need a corrupt and racialist party like UMNO to protect them. The time has come for us to unite on common issues of justice, truth, freedom, public welfare, and democracy.

UMNO has stolen my generation’s future for the past 50 years. We must not allow UMNO to steal our children’s future. Only a people-centric government under a Malaysian framework offered by Pakatan Rakyat can protect our children’s future.

Tindakan Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin untuk mempertahankan agenda perkauman UMNO dan kenyataannya bahawa beliau adalah Melayu dahulu dan rakyat Malaysia kemudian merupakan bukti bahawa 1Malaysia adalah slogan kosong yang hanya bertujuan untuk mengaut undi dan akan dibuang selepas Pilihan Raya Umum yang akan datang.

Tindakan Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin untuk mempertahankan agenda perkauman UMNO dan kenyataannya bahawa beliau adalah Melayu dahulu dan rakyat Malaysia kemudian merupakan bukti bahawa 1Malaysia adalah slogan kosong yang hanya bertujuan untuk mengaut undi dan akan dibuang selepas Pilihan Raya Umum yang akan datang. Yang lebih mengejutkan, Muhyiddin tidak merasa bahawa tindakannya untuk memperjuangkan agenda perkauman Melayu adalah bercanggah atau tidak konsisten dengan agenda rakyat Malaysia bukan Melayu.

Malah Muhyiddin menggunakan logik yang tidak masuk akal bahawa pemimpin DAP seperti Lim Kit Siang dan saya merupakan Cina cauvinis walaupun DAP telah berjuang untuk semua rakyat Malaysia dan keahlian parti kita terbuka kepada semua termasuk Melayu, India, Iban dan Kadazan. Muhyiddin dengan mudah juga telah lupa bahawa saya telah dipenjarakan dan kehilangan kerusi Parlimen kerana memperjuangkan nasib seorang gadis Melayu bawah umur yang menjadi mangsa rogol.

DAP bukan ancaman kepada orang Melayu. Hanya UMNO yang menjadi ancaman bukan sahaja kepada orang Melayu tetapi rakyat Malaysia dengan sikapnya yang menggunakan serta mempertahankan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia, rasuah dan penyalahgunaan kuasa.

Dengan menanam rasa takut serta menggunakan ugutan, UMNO mengkaburkan mata rakyat daripada skandal-skandal kewangan dan rasuah yang telah mengakibatkan kehilangan beratus-ratus bilion ringgit, seperti:

– Pendedahan terkini Laporan Ketua Audit Negara 2010 tentang jabatan-jabatan kerajaan yang telah terlebih belanja sebanyak RM3.7 bilion tanpa apa-apa hukuman dikenakan; dan
– Kontroversi di mana dana awam yang telah diberikan kepada sebuah syarikat yang berkaitan dengan seorang Menteri telah digunakan bukan untuk tujuan yang sepatutnya, iaitu untuk penternakan lembu, tetapi sebaliknya telah digunakan untuk pembelian dua kondominium mewah.

Selama ini UMNO telah menggunakan taktik kejam untuk menipu dan menanam perasaan takut di kalangan orang Melayu, kononnya DAP menjadi pengancam kepada hak dan kepentingan mereka. Ini langsung tidak berasas kerana perkhidmatan awam, polis dan tentera semuanya dikawal Melayu. Manakala sektor-sektor kritikal dalam ekonomi seperti insuran, perbankan, industri automobil, pelabuhan dan lebuhraya semuanya juga dikawal oleh usahawan-usahawan atau syarikat-syarikat Melayu.

Dalam politik pula, Perdana Menteri dan Timbalan Perdana Menteri merupakan orang Melayu. Semua Menteri-menteri Besar dan Ketua-ketua Menteri juga Melayu kecuali di Pulau Pinang. Tidak pernah ada seorang pun pemimpin bukan Melayu yang bercita-cita menjadi Perdana Menteri kerana rakyat Malaysia menerima realiti politik di mana Perdana Menteri Malaysia seharusnya berbangsa Melayu. Oleh itu, ura-ura untuk meminda Perlembagaan Persekutuan untuk membenarkan orang Melayu sahaja untuk menjadi Perdana Menteri bukan sahaja tidak diperlukan, malah bersifat perkauman kerana menganggap rakyat bukan Melayu sebagai rakyat kelas kedua.

Jawatan politik tertinggi yang boleh disandang bukan Melayu sekarang adalah setakat Menteri Persekutuan dan juga Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang. Malah jawatan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang, satu-satunya jawatan yang dipegang bukan Melayu, mungkin akan jatuh ke tangan UMNO kerana UMNO bertanding kerusi yang paling banyak di kalangan parti-parti komponen BN di Pulau Pinang. Daripada 40 kerusi DUN di Pulau Pinang, UMNO bertanding 15, Gerakan 13, MCA 10 dan MIC 2. Kalau BN membentukkan kerajaan dan selagi UMNO bertanding kerusi yang paling banyak, mana-mana Ketua Menteri BN akan menjadi boneka UMNO sampailah seorang calon UMNO menjadi Ketua Menteri.

Walaupun masyarakat Melayu mempunyai kawalan yang hebat dalam sektor-sektor politik, awam dan swasta, DAP tidak pernah pun menggunakan isu-isu itu untuk menakutkan rakyat bukan Melayu. DAP tidak pernah berlaku begitu kerana kita menganggap semua orang Melayu mempunyai hak dan peluang yang sama dengan rakyat Malaysia yang lain dalam sektor-sektor tersebut. Ini jelas dibuktikan apabila 70% daripada kontrak Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang telah dimenangi oleh kontrak Melayu, lantas membuktikan bahawa kontraktor Melayu mampu berdaya saing. Hanya kontraktor kroni UMNO sahaja yang tidak mampu bersaing.

Tambahan pula, Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang telah melantik penjawat-penjawat awam yang tertinggi berdasarkan kebolehan mereka. Secara kebetulan mereka juga Melayu, dan ini termasuk Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Pegawai Kewangan Negeri dan juga YDP-YDP kedua-dua Majlis Perbandaran di Pulau Pinang dan Seberang Perai (yang juga merupakan YDP-YDP wanita yang pertama dilantik).

Sudah tiba masa untuk menolak dasar perkauman UMNO. Orang Melayu tidak lemah dan tidak perlu kepada parti yang rasuah dan rasis seperti UMNO untuk mempertahankan mereka. Sudah tiba masa untuk kita bersatu atas dasar-dasar bersama seperti keadilan, kebenaran, kebebasan, kebajikan awam dan demokrasi.

UMNO sudah pun melenyapkan masa depan generasi saya selama 50 tahun. Kita tidak boleh membenarkan UMNO untuk mencuri masa depan anak-anak kita. Hanya sebuah kerajaan berjiwa rakyat di bawah kerangka Malaysia yang ditawarkan Pakatan Rakyat boleh menjamin masa depan yang terang untuk anak-anak kita.

慕尤丁甚至进一步玩弄逻辑，指称行动党领袖如林吉祥和我本人都是华人沙文主义，虽然行动党为全民斗争，我们的党藉也开放给全体国人，包括马来人、印度人、伊班人、卡达山人。慕尤丁也故意忽略一个事实，那就是我为了捍卫一个被扣留、未成年的马来女孩强奸案受害者，我被判入狱，并失去国会议员资格，反而真正的强奸犯却逍遥法外。

行动党不会威胁马来人。只有巫统才会威胁马来人及马来西亚人，它公然纵容及维护那些违反人权、贪污及滥权的行为。

巫统通过制造恐惧及淫威，企图合理化、掩饰它的财务及贪污丑闻，这些丑闻已经导致马来西亚损失数千亿令吉，例如：

- 最近2010年总稽查报告揭露，政府部门开销超出37亿令吉，但是没有任何人受到处分；
- 允许公共资金拨给与部长有关连的公司，这笔钱原本应该用来养牛，却被滥用来购买豪华公寓。

巫统无耻地针对行动党发动了一连串的诋毁行动， 恐吓马来人指他们的权利和利益受到威胁。事实上，公务员、警员和军人都是由马来人主导。重要的经济领域如保险、银行、汽车、港口、高速公路都是由马来人企业家或利益相关者控制。

政治上，正副首相都是马来人。所有的州务大臣及首长都是马来人，除了槟城。没有任何非马来人政治领袖谈及要成为首相，因为马来西亚人接受政治现实，那就是首相必须来自马来社会。因为，高谈修宪规定只能由马来人任首相是多此一举的，它忽略了政治现实，也是视非马来人为二等公民的种族主义本位做法。

目前属于非马来人的最高职政治职位是部长及槟州首席部长。就连这个由非马来人掌管的首席部长职，也可能落入巫统的手中，因为巫统是槟城竞选最多议席的国阵成员党。在槟州40个州议席中，只要巫统竞选大多数议席，任何国阵首长都是巫统的傀儡，直到一名巫统候选人最终成为首长。

尽管马来人大量掌控政治、公共服务及私人界，行动党从来没有发起任何运动，散布谎言来恐吓非马来人。行动党没有这么做，是因为我们把所有马来人当成马来西亚人，他们与其他国人一样，有权利在这些领域内工作。特别是槟州政府的70%工程是由马来承包商竞标获得，这证明了马来承包商是有竞争能力的，唯有那些巫统朋党承包商是无能的。

再说，槟州政府在任人唯贤的原则上，委任了数名马来人高官，包括州秘书、州财政司及槟岛、威省两个市政局的主席（她们分别皆为上述两个市政局的首位女性主席）。

是时候全民拒绝巫统那一套种族议程，别再相信所谓马来人没有能力、需要像巫统如此腐败及种族主义的政党来保护他们的废话。是时候全民团结起来，为共同的目标如公义、真理、自由、公共福利及民主而前进。

巫统已经浪费了我那个年代出生整代人50年的时光。我们千万不能再让巫统浪费我们孩子的未来。只有民联在马来西亚人基础上所建立的以民为本政府才能保护孩子们的未来。

I am appalled and disgusted by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s remarks that my mere denial of sexual harassment claims against my 16-year old son was inadequate. Instead, Muhyiddin says that “if the Penang chief minister thinks it is important to correct the information, then he has to come up with a strong statement.”

What more strong statement is required from me when I had condemned these barbaric lies as totally unacceptable, inhumane; and the UMNO and BN leaders involved as ferociaous beasts preying on the innocence of young children. Umno bloggers had printed pictures of my son and the alleged victim whom they claimed my son had outraged her modesty. They had claimed that my son tried to escape punishment by using my name and I had paid the girl’s family off with RM200,000 to hush up the matter.

The photograph of the purported “victim” used by Umno bloggers was that of 21-year-old chess grandmaster Anya Sun Corke who is studying at Wellesley College in the United States Anya had already issued a statement denying the charge and expressed sympathy for my son for being a victim of such vicious and barbaric lies.

As a result of PR Penang government’s solid performance in clean and effective governance for the people, UMNO bloggers has been trying to finish me off politically with lies and politics of hate. When they failed, they now train their guns on my innocent school-going son.

Amongst some UMNO leaders who highligted this shameful episode in the blogs is Bukit Gelugor(Penang) UMNO Division vice-chairman Dr Novandri Hasan Basri. He was then followed by many UMNO leaders rehashing the lies. Sadly even UMNO Youth chief Khairy Jamaludin joined in these shameful lies by poking fun at my son with this tweet:-

Even though the alleged victim had come out with a statement denying the lies, there is no remorse or apology as yet from Khairy or UMNO leaders to my son. Instead of condemning Khairy or Dr Novandri for practicing “the lowest of gutter politics”, Muhyiddin has seen fit to question my denials and that I should not blame others for the allegations.

How can Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin be so cruel as to continue to repeat the lies by UMNO blogs against my 16 year old son and question whether my son is innocent of lies of sexual misconduct when the lady “victim” had asserted that she had not even met me or my son and the Penang Education Director had declared the allegations were not true?

Penang Education Director Ahmad Tarmizi Kamaruddin had told the Star on 22.10.2011 that his department found no evidence to back the claims of sexual misconduct against my son in several blogs. Ahmad said that it was wrong to drag a student into any controversy to gain poltical mileage. “Children should be left out of politics,” Ahmad added.

If Muhyiddin wants to be seen as fit for the post of Prime Minister, he must be moral and ethical. He fails this moral and ethical test by picking on a 16-year old son who is still schooling and has no chance of defending himself. If Muhyiddin hates me so much, he can do his worst to finish me off politically. But Muhyiddin should not join the craven pack of cowards to pick on my 16-year old son and put my son again through this traumatic experience.

Muhyiddin loses the respect of decent Malaysians if he behaves in the same arrogant manner as those ferocious UMNO beasts who know only how to bully my 16-year old son and feast on a child’s innocence.

副首相丹斯里慕尤丁指我仅仅在口头上否认那些针对我16岁儿子涉及非礼的指控并不足够，他说，“如果槟州首长认为纠正此事非常重要，他应该发表更强烈的声明。”，我对他这种言论感到吃惊及恶心。

当我谴责这种野蛮的谎言是不能被接受、不人道时 ，他还要什么强烈的声明？巫统和国阵领袖涉及向无辜的年幼孩子伸出恶毒的爪牙。巫统部落格也刊登了我儿子以及被我儿子非礼“受害人”的照人。他们捏造故事，指我儿子企图利用我的名誉脱罪，还说我缴付了20万令吉给上述女孩的家人做为遮口费。

巫统部落格所使用的“受害人”的照片，其实是现年21岁的英国西洋棋好手安雅（Anya Sun Corke），目前正在美国威斯利学院就读。她日前发表声明，郑重否认上述指控，并对我儿子遭受如此恶毒野蛮的谎言感到同情。

由于槟州民联政府平稳、廉洁及有效率的施政表现，巫统部落格就想方设法，企图通过谎言及仇恨情绪在政治上除掉我。他们发现行不通时，就把枪口对准我无辜的、还在上学的儿子。

在部落格中突显这宗荒唐事件的巫统领袖包括：槟城牛汝莪区部副主席诺万迪里哈山，许多巫统领袖也闻鸡起舞，一起散布谎言。令人遗憾的是，就连巫青团团长凯里加玛鲁丁也加入他们无耻的行列，在他的推特上拿我的儿子开玩笑：

虽然受害的女生已经站出来郑重否认上述谎言，但是凯里或其它巫统领袖却毫无悔意，也没有道歉。慕尤丁不只没有谴责凯里或诺万迪里哈山这种龌龊的政治手段，他还质疑我的否认方式，并指说我不应该把责任归昝别人。

槟州教育局总监阿末塔尔米兹在2011年10月22日告诉《星报》 ，他的部门没有证据显示我的儿子涉及部落格所指非礼案。阿末也说，为了政治私利，将学生卷入其中是错误的。阿末说：“儿童应该被排除在政治之外。”

如果慕尤丁要让人觉得他适合担任首相，他必须要有品德。他竟然向一名正在上学、无法为自己自辩的16岁男孩下手，这已经证明他无法通过品德的考验。如果慕尤丁那么恨我，他尽管使出所有最恶毒的诡计除掉我。但是，他不应该加入那一群懦夫，齐齐向我16岁儿子下手，让他经历这种心灵创伤。

如果慕尤丁继续像那些恶毒的巫统爪牙那么狂妄，只会欺负我无辜的儿子，他将失去了一般马来西亚人的尊重。

The Enakmen Kanun Jenayah Syariah II Negeri Kelantan (1993) was discussed at the meeting. At the meeting, DAP stressed the party’s consistent stand in not agreeing with the hudud law and explained that the hudud law is not in line with the Federal Constitution. The meeting concluded with both DAP and PAS agreeing to disagree on the hudud law.

As the hudud law is not mentioned in the PR Common Policy Framework or in Buku Jingga, it is therefore not PR policy. Only policies mentioned in the Common Policy Framework, Buku Jingga or agreed to by all 3 parties will be implemented in a PR government.

Amongst DAP leaders present were National Chair Karpal Singh, Lim Kit Siang and myself; PAS leaders present included PAS Deputy President Mat Sabu, Secretary-General Mustafa Ali and Kelantan EXCO members whilst Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim, PKR Deputy President Azmin Ali and Perak PKR Chair Dr Mohd Nur Manuty represented PKR.

民主行动党确认，民联三党即行动党、公正党和伊斯兰党高层领袖已于2011年10月10日傍晚，在民主行动党总部举行民联会议。

民联会议再次确定三党的共同政策立场，即依据民联2009年共同政纲、2010年小橙书及2011年9月28日民联联合声明，伊斯兰刑事法将不会是民联在来届大选的共同议程，而上述三份文件也将是民联在来届大选的政策基础。任何政策的改变，必须在三党同意、达致共识的情况下才可以落实。

民联在会议上讨论了《1993年吉兰丹伊斯兰刑事法令二》。在会议中，行动党强调我们的坚定立场，即不同意推行伊斯兰刑事法，并说明有关法令违背联邦宪法。上述会议也总结，行动党和伊斯兰党在伊斯兰刑事法的课题上，双方都同意彼此可以有不同意见（Agree to Disagree）。

由于伊斯兰刑事法并不在民联共同政纲或小橙书内，因此，它不是民联政策。只有在共同政纲、小橙书或三党同意的政策，才会在民联政府内推行。

出席民联会议的行动党代表为：全国主席卡巴星、林吉祥及我本身；伊斯兰党代表为其署理主席末沙布、总秘书慕斯达法阿里、吉兰丹行政议员，而公正党代表为拿督斯里安华、署理主席阿兹敏、霹雳州主席莫哈末奴尔。
