Whoever can perform not matter what race or gender should give the equal opportunity to promote. And hope that the new mayor may do the best and act according to her role & responsibility.

Pakatan Rakyat previous general election promise that is held local government election, what is the status now? Do Penang government have a feasibility studies about the local government election? Will this contradict with our Malaysia law?

My recent reading to The Sun Columnists Dr. Goh Ban Lee, as my understanding from the article, the local government election may not be success without the support of Federal government.

As I am happy to know that the MPPP had the above agendas, but how long it take to implement? The sooner to implement, the most costly we have to bear.

Do the State government have a reasonable KPI toward the local council? And the emolument should be reward to those who can perform and vice-versa. And hope that Penang can soon over come the 3C issues.
