An RM2 company may not necessary is bad, if Penang government concern only the paid-up capital, I think they have no issue to raising it. Do the government base on the CAT procedure? Inside the tender document, do IGP stated the term & conditions clearly? This is the new year and chinese new year also coming. May all the reader have a Happy & Prosperous Tiger Year. If the Penang government can come out a presentation about what the state government have done for the past 1 year, and what is the achievement, what behind the schedule, what is the plan for 2010, that will be the best for the interest of rakyat Penang. Quite a long time not been Penang before, I think under YAB Lim guidance should improve a lot. I still remember I do write in an email to YAB Lim regarding the Penang ferry issue as the service is not up to today standard, hopefully coming visit the service is excellent. I strong confidence in that. Recently the Nibong Tebal MP YB Lim continue to comment something I consider "not good" , how far he said is true or false just time can prove it. My strongly suggestion that Penang government establish a SELCAT as Selangor state, that is a good move to monitor the efficiency of State-assemblyman.
