We would like to know, how come the work of MPSP new office without tender? Are the building so special, only the Aseania Development Sdn. Bhd. can build it? Under what circumstance 2001 Penang State government approve it? 2. Initially I thought the air-conditional is fix by the vendor and MPSP pay bill to TNB every month. But I am wrong, today I learn Chilled Water Supply. Sorry for the previous comment. 3. I do not sure whether 0.548 sen per ton hour is expensive or not? How much is the benchmark cost per ton hour?
